With that said this is a very easy install just grab some of the flexible connectors Make sure you have the right ends and this could be a couple hour project. Look up the YouTube videos for the settings and be prepared to make some adjustments as The only way to get an accurate setting is by getting a water test and setting it off of those results. ... show more

Received the product in good working order and at lighting speed. For such a bulky/heavy product, it go here fast. I got it this afternoon and it is installed and running. Local store wanted 3k for a single tank 48k grain unit. This one is 2 of them at half the price. Assembly was easy, install of the plumbing was hardest part. No drain lines were provided for the control head or the brine tank overflow. A second run to the hardware store was required for those. Other than that there were no missing parts and nothing broken during shipping. Hope this lasts a long time. It is replacing the Lowes special G.E. single tank unit that is about 9 years old. Had to put the second seal and rotor kit in it. Decided to replace it and give the old one to habitat for humanity. I would add that the drain fitting sticks straight up out of the control head, and it should be a 90 degree fitting but it is too close to the back of the panel to thread one in. With this configuration soft line may kink under its own weight. I will be buying a barbed 5/8 90 degree fitting to add in the line to protect from that. ... show more

    • Dishwashing pods will ruin your dishwater if you have hard water.
Our last one finally bit the dust after 20 years of neglect. Omg. So much better easy to set and will also be neglected. But having to live for a month with our well water was enough. So happy we purchased this brand again and the company is great and please get the dual tank.
