Good idea however, the return envelope is the wrong vehicle to return hair samples. The company should provide their own packaging such as a test tube type container. I had to place my sample in a plastic baggie.

    • Not happy with the product
I have had chronic stomach pains for a year due to certain foods and I decided to take a test, although it sounded strange to me how your hair will determine which foods you are sensitive to. The test kit arrived quickly, but it took 2 weeks for the hair sample to arrives to the lab. The strange thing is that the address indicated on the envelope is some kind of distribution center and from there they forward it to the laboratory. Once it arrives at the laboratory, you get the result in 3-4 days. I am not at all satisfied with the result because there is nothing true about that. Since most people are intolerant to lactose and gluten, they made me believe that I am also intolerant to all dairy and grain products + eggs, which is not true at all. I have no problem with them. I have a problem with certain types of vegetables and nuts. Don't spend your money on nonsense! And if you still decide to try, buy the test directly from the site, because there it is twice as cheap! . ... show more
