This test was not accurate for me at all. It flagged multiple “Level 3” foods that I eat regularly with zero symptoms. I’ve grown up eating many of these foods my entire life and have never had digestive issues, reactions, or noticeable intolerance to them. Yet they were labeled as elevated sensitivities. After reading the fine print, I realized this is not a medical or diagnostic test. It does not measure blood markers, allergies, inflammation, gut bacteria, heavy metals, or actual nutrient levels. It’s a “bioenergetic wellness” scan using a hair sample. That’s not the same as clinically validated testing. If you’re dealing with bloating or real health concerns and hoping for concrete answers, this won’t give them. A basic blood panel through your doctor would provide far more reliable information. For me, this felt like generalized results packaged as personalized insight. Unfortunately, it was not worth the cost

I was excited for this test, I thought it would help me figure out why my body is a wreck. In some aspects it did. However, they reached out to me as said if you have any questions feel free to reach out. So I had a question, they didn't answer my question. Instead, I got their generic answer on how their test doesn't diagnose allergies. For example: their yeat said, I had antibodies that showed A "sensitivity to Elk.," Now, I might have had elk jerk 1 time in the past 2 years, But I rat venison often. So I asked is Elk and regular deer considered scientificly the same on their test. I would think the answer would be yes. but instead I got the generic, we don't diagnose allergies. So I can only give this product 4 out of 5 stars. However, I do believe The things they say I "may" be sensitive with I will document my symptoms and see If it can get me feeling better.

I wanted to give this product a fair shot, but overall I walked away disappointed and more confused than informed. First, the testing method itself raised concerns. This kit relies on a hair sample rather than blood or any clinically established diagnostic method. That might sound convenient, but it immediately made me question how accurate or medically meaningful the results could actually be. Most legitimate food sensitivity or allergy testing is done through blood work or supervised elimination diets—not hair analysis. The results only added to that skepticism. The report flagged a wide range of foods as “intolerant” including items I eat regularly with no noticeable issues. At the same time, some foods I’ve suspected might bother me didn’t show up at all. There wasn’t a clear explanation of how these determinations were made, and the color-coded system felt overly simplistic for something that’s supposed to reflect complex biological responses. Another issue is how overwhelming the report is. Testing “1000+ items” sounds impressive, but in practice it just creates noise. Without clear prioritization or actionable guidance, it’s difficult to know what to actually do with the information. Am I supposed to eliminate dozens of foods at once? Reintroduce them one by one? The product doesn’t provide a structured or evidence-based path forward. Cost is also a major drawback. At nearly $90, this feels expensive for something that doesn’t provide clinically reliable results or meaningful next steps. For that price, I would expect either validated testing methods or at least clearer, more practical guidance. Overall, this feels more like a generalized wellness product than a legitimate diagnostic tool. If you’re serious about identifying food sensitivities, you’re probably better off consulting a healthcare provider and pursuing evidence-based testing instead. I wouldn’t purchase this again.
