Made ice slow and I don’t think it will last long. Size is about normal as the GE ice machine we have but not a fan. For the price I guess ok

Worked great for 2 months and then stopped producing ice. Required weekly cleaning to prevent mold/scum. Low but near-constant hum while running.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just want to let others know that this ice machine does not last very long. It was a Christmas gift and it only last to mid March before it started shutting off on its own after making only a handful of ice. I also started noticing metal residue in the ice tray. I’m very disappointed in his purchase. Waiting to hear from their support staff, but not holding my breath that they will do anything. If I get favorable results I will get back on and let others know.

Piece of junk. Do not buy. Like all other reviews, machines just quits working. Also when is was working its insanely loud. I only had it for 6months. Tried to contact support and they do not respond. Stay away.

Worked great for about a month then started barking and quit making ice. I cleaned it weekly because I know how delicate ice machines can be. Regardless, it is a cheap unit and as you can see the shaft that churns the ice and spits it out snapped. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Amazon won’t offer a refund or replacement because I purchased it Dec 2nd. It was a Christmas gift for my wife so we didn’t start using until Christmas. Save yourself the headache and find a better product with good reviews.

This is a nice compact ice maker that works quickly. The pellet ice is nice. Just a heads-up: if you want to store it in your freezer for future use, and the ice is out for more a few minutes before you transfer it to your freezer, it will freeze together requiring an ice pick to break it apart.
