This ice machine was heavily discounted for Prime users, so I bought this for Christmas because of its rating and price. After I received it the ice machine ran fine for a couple weeks but started to notice very wet ice. One day it started vibrating heavily and made very loud almost buzzsaw like noises. Checked the reviews again and its no longer almost 5 stars and many people are having the same issues. Save your money and buy a different one.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this in the beginning of December and I'm already returning it for being broken. It started to make a very loud, high-pitched screeching noise, even after it was turned off. It wasn't until we unplugged it that it stopped. Other than that, it didn't work very well at all. It kept turning off prior to completely filling. Not worth the hassle of trying to exchange it for another machine that probably has the same issues so we're just returning it. I'd recommend skipping this machine.

Hard to clean your self not sure how to empty with out turning it upside down to change out the water. Dose work well have to check it a lot to make sure it doesn't empty wish it could hold more water. Can be quite loud sometimes. And itlf not expecting it can scare you randomly with the noise.

Since day 1 the machine makes a squealing noise It's been 2 months and now it has stopped working. Nothing but problems.

It was naming a squeaking noise to begin with and I hoped it would resolve, but it only got louder and more jarring! Three days later it completely stopped producing ice after a lot of awful noises. I’ve tried contacting to company for a resolution and nothing. Do not waste your money!

I do not like this product!!! It does not work. It took 2 hours to make a cup of ice. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with Amazon and can not reach any one.

Ice melts quite a lot, causing the need to constantly run the ice machine unless you put it in the freezer which causes it to freeze into chunks. Isnt terrible until it broke about 5 weeks after purchase. Can not recommend.
