After trying out a few different machines, I finally took the plunge and got a Nugget Ice Maker. Let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. First off, the ice. Oh man, that is good ice for an ice snob like me! If you’re a fan of that soft, chewable ice you get at certain fast food places (you know the ones), you’re gonna love this. It’s perfect for crunching or just keeping your drink cold without watering it down too fast. The speed on this thing is impressive too. I’ve had parties where we’ve gone through a ton of ice, and this little machine keeps up like a champ. It’s also not too bulky, so it fits nicely on my counter without hogging all the space. Now, it’s not all perfect. When you first start it up, the ice looks a bit sad and melty. Don’t panic! Give it about 5-7 minutes, and you’ll see those perfect little nuggets forming. Also, draining it can be a bit of a pain depending on how you’ve got it set up. It drains using two tubes connected to the back. I had to do some shuffling to make it work in my kitchen. But honestly? These are small prices to pay for ice this good. I find myself using it way more than I thought I would. It’s become a staple in my kitchen, right up there with my coffee maker. Iced coffee has never been better!

Bought this nugget ice maker January 25,2025 it made Great ice for three months until May 1, 2025. We loved it until it just quit making ice. It is hard with the economy to spend so much on an ice maker and it only to work for 3 months. very disappointed.

This thing is great. I'm replacing a couple years old gun drop ice maker. This one is a little slower from turn on to the first ice cube, but after that it just slowly puts out ice continuously. Overall really happy with the ice machine. Keep an eye on the water level, it makes ice fast enough that it will run out if you don't check every few hours. Gotta love the crushed ice feel vs the normal cube.

Mixed reviews. When it works it’s AMAZING, but it often makes noises that sound like it’s about to explode. We’ve only had it for about five weeks and already we can see that it’s probably on its way out.

Great Ice maker. I had been looking for a countertop Ice Maker to make extra ice during parties and gatherings. It works very good. The instructions are clear and it is very easy to use. Just add water and press the ICE button. It continuously makes ice as needed.
