If you're an ice cruncher, this is the one for you. Makes large or small bullet cubes, which have a crunchy consistency as there's a lot of air in them, making for cloudy, nor clear, cubes. Larger capacity than the original machine I'd purchased. Would have give 5 stars but light indicators on top are very faint.

I purchased this ice maker and 4 months later it stopped working. The ice mechanism that the ice comes out of is no longer able to push the ice out. I emailed their customer service and a few days later received a message that their email is undeliverable. I put a claim on their website but initially it wouldn’t let me submit. I finally got a claim to submit but no response has been received. I’m disappointed because I loved this ice maker when it worked! I have cleaned it regularly, let it defrost, and I have unplugged it and turned it fully off to see if that would fix it. Several hundred dollars for it to work for a few months doesn’t seem worth it. Wouldn’t recommend this product. Update: customer service did reach out after the claim submitted on their website, will update if this last thing to try works and the outcome.

purchased this ice maker and 60 days later it stopped working with the mechanism no longer able to push the ice out. Called the manufacturer several times with no answer, just keep leaving voicemails and sending emails with NOT ONE REPLY. Due to such non existent customer support their warranty isnt worth anything. I cannot recommend purchasing this item. It did work nice for 60 days but several hundred dollars is a steep price to pay for that. My advise...stay away.

This is an awesome ice maker. For those who say it is loud, you are nuts. Barely makes a whisper. And damn it makes ice quick. No more heading to the store for ice when we have friends over

I got this on sale so do with that information what you will but overall it’s a great product. My only complaint would be that the ice freezes together into a solid block as soon as I put it in the freezer. So I’m frequently just taking a knife to it to chop it up back into small cubes.

This was great for the first 3 months but then it started producing little black flecks of something. Not sure what it is but it makes me feel uneasy about consuming the ice. Its not mold or mildew as I clean the machine regularly and the substance is flakey. Maybe some kind of coating or metal from inside the machine? I probably wont purchase from this brand again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a very low quality product. It worked for exactly 4 1/2 months. And yes, it was maintained and descaled twice during this time. Only bottled water used. Very unhappy to say the least
