Excellent!
I absolutely love this ice maker! I opened it last night and sat it upright to allow everything to settle, per google search. Cleaned the inside this morning, plugged it in, turned it on, poured in water and that was it. I am using a heavy duty 2.5 gallon ziplock bag to dump the full trays of ice into. When little ice bucket is full the light turns red. I dump it into the baggie, refill and wait for the red light. This works better for me because I want ice on hand at all times (my refrigerator ice maker died). My huge baggie is almost half full. That’s a lot of ice! Once my bag is full I plan to unplug and set aside until needed again. It’s not very big, nice sleek looking little maker. I’m really happy and impressed with it. You can hear the ice dumping into the tray but little noises like that don’t bother me. There’s a low hum while it’s working but barely noticeable. Great purchase and I personally would recommend. I plan to buy another for my daughter as a gift next month. *UPDATE* Still loving it! This ice maker has been on since day 1 with no rest. We’ve had family visiting off and on so it’s been working overtime with zero problems. Its really unfortunate that others have had bad experiences per reviews, I guess I was lucky. Great Little Ice Maker … Until It Wasn’t

I could not say enough good things about this small but mighty ice maker when I received it. I ordered it 5-19-26. I purchased a new countertop water filtration system and could now make a large freezer bag of ice cubes from filtered water. I would have my ice making party (for just me) once or twice a week. I was ready to write a 5 star review on its praises until I decided to make more ice and it would not work. It stopped on 7-28-26, a little over 2 months. I researched troubleshooting. I unplugged and replugged. Checked any obstacles inside. Confirmed level on counter. It would make a noise but do nothing. Emptied and refilled water a few times. Held down on/off button. Set to clean which I thought may be the issue. It would do nothing to clean and then all lights came on flashing. Same response upon trying to restart. Nothing at all now. Done with it. Is there a warranty? Should be but frankly I think it may have something to do with circuitry and would need a replacement. I did not try to work with the supplier but decided to order a different appliance, more expensive, to get a timely replacement and hoping it has more longevity. So far, so good
When I bought this, I mistook it for a nugget ice maker but that was my mistake. I decided to give it a try anyway. It’s past the return date now so hopefully it holds up. We have used it consistently for at least a month now and it’s still going strong. The ice is exactly what we wanted as well, a softer ice because we like eating ice sometimes. It’s not nugget ice but if you crush it, you won’t know the difference. The machine itself isn’t anything special to me in terms of appearance but it makes up for it in function. I bought this during a prime day deal & I likely would not have paid full price for it. Still, I am very happy with it for now. Judging by other reviews, we might eventually be disappointed with its longevity but we’ll see. I will update my review if that’s the case. ... show more

Small and inconsistent
Well, the machine itself is small. This leads to the ice tray being so small that the scoop cannot fit into it to pick up ice and commonly will dump out half of the ice before you even get to scoop it up. It also seems to not cycle and scan for water on its own, so if it makes a load of ice and stops and the ice melts, it will never restart and you’ll just wake up in the morning to an empty tray of ice that says add water, even when the water is full. ... show more

Been working great
This has come in handy for our hot summer days. It sits on a little table on the kitchen and doesn't take up much space. It's fast and we're able to store the ice in the freezer for later use. Convenient.

On the small side but gets the job done
At the end of the day it gets the job done. It’s definitely on the small side. You have to pull the ice basket out in order to get any cubes because the scoop is a little too big compared to the size of the ice maker. It’s decent, makes ice fast and does what you want it to. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!
This ice maker is a total disappointment. I've had it a few days over a month and it already stopped making ice. The large cubes are very small, the ice melts too quickly and then you have a solid block of ice in the basket, the machine smells like plastic and freon, the ice tastes like plastic. THIS IS A REAL PIECE OF CRAP. DO NOT BUY!! I gave it one star only because it would not let me submit without a rating. I give it ZERO stars. ... show more

I wasn't expecting to be this excited about a package arriving at my door, but here we are. This product showed up, did exactly what it promised, and somehow managed to make me look like I know what I'm doing. The quality is fantastic, it's easy to use, and it's quickly become one of those things I didn't realize I needed until I had it. Now I find myself recommending it to friends, family, and probably any random person who stands still long enough.
