This car refrigerator is like the Mercedes Benz of coolers. I actually had a smaller one but upgraded to this. I love that it has the two compartments so you can have a freezer area as well. Also has wheels and handle to pull so you can actually take it out of the car and roll it with you. We love to take road trips and day trips in the summer so that’s mostly what I use it for. We bring sandwiches and drinks and popsicles so we don’t have to stop for every meal. And we don’t have to bring a bunch of ice packs that melt everywhere and get everything wet. We just plug this in to the outlet in the car and it really does keep it cold. This is just one of those things that make life easier as a mom especially.

I initially bought this fridge/freezer for my car and camping, and was concerned about the price of this unit compared to others. However, this unit had several features that other units did not have: true dual-chamber cooling to both fridge temperatures, and freezer temperatures, a reasonable price point, and it is large enough to carry plenty of food and drinks. You can fit a whole case of "cans" in the larger compartment, and the smaller compartment is perfect to organize loose cans. The fridge itself cools very rapidly, and is able to keep things as cold as you would ever want, even if you have the fridge outside in the heat and direct sunlight. It is also amazingly quiet - something I hadn't thought of being important, but now that I have it, it makes all the difference. You can have the fridge running on the turbo mode, and put your ear up to the compressor, and even then barely hear it running. The fridge itself is very structurally solid and is able to roll through gravel or asphalt or dirt without a worry. Overall, the fridge is well worth the price compared to the more expensive bigger brands. I highly recommend and would buy again.

I bought this refrigerator because it was on sale, and honestly I did very little research on the brand beforehand. I needed one quickly because I was preparing for an extended road trip. When it arrived, I plugged it in, set the temperature, and filled it with soda and groceries. I was scheduled to leave about four hours after it arrived on my doorstep, and before heading out I placed it in the back of my truck and plugged it into the 12V outlet. By that time, my food was already cold and at a safe temperature, and the soda was cold enough to enjoy. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly it cooled everything down. On my return trip home, I had frozen food items that needed to stay frozen, so I adjusted the smaller side to freezer temperatures. This fridge had no problem keeping ice cream and other frozen items solid the entire trip. So far, I’m very happy with it. I plan on taking it on a long camping trip next, and I’ll update my review if I run into any issues.

We took this cooler on our week-long road trip through Yellowstone and the Tetons, and it was just what we needed! It held all our lunch fixings, drinks, and plenty of ice without taking up too much space. Loved how the freezer side kept our popsicles frozen while the fridge side chilled our sodas perfectly – even when driving through those bumpy mountain roads.

The car power cord worked great for keeping it running at night when we camped. We've only used it for one week so far, but it handled our big trip without any hiccups. This cooler's gonna be my summer MVP. Comes with both a standard wall plug and a car charger – hooked it up to our patio outlet yesterday while mowing the lawn, then switched to the truck's power port for today's road trip. Love the clear temp display (shows exact degrees) and fits 18 cans easy. Now whether I'm pulling weeds or cruising Route 66, cold drinks are always within reach. Honestly can't imagine doing yardwork without it now.
