The product listing says up to 350 pounds. The user manual shows 100kgs which is about 220 pounds. The seller assured me this is a typo in the instructions and they will fix it. I am good to use the product. Seems to be working fine. I will update if something changes.

One of the hooks to attach a band was missing so I was only able to attach one band. I ended up using this without the bands. It has a counter which is nice. It's also easy to put together. It's kind of heavy, so probably not great for travel.

I've now had this for a few months and tried a few different kinds of workouts. Initially buying two for myself and a gift, I found they're not 100% standard. The box came with the resistance bands, a moderately clear instruction set, and an adjustment knob that makes the whole thing work. On one kit, the knob fits, though the counter is suspect, and I was able to just use timed workouts or separate pedometer. The second kit's knob doesn't fit enough to actually connect the steps, so it's basically useless for the steps unless I redrill myself, and there's not many ways available to contact the seller for assistance. Check your parts, get a timer/pedometer, and expect a deceptively easy workout until your quads light up

It arrives fully assembled. To allow it to fit in the box, is arrives with both footsteps in the down position. All you have to do to make it active is tighten a finger screw at the bottom that pulls a connecting cord tight to get it into normal working position (one pad up, another down). Still, it comes with both an Allen wrench and a normal wrench, in case you later have to tighten some off the screws, in case they start going loose after longer use. Based on the tightness and "burn" in my legs after each use so far, I think it will be quite effective. It has a built-in step computer, allowing you to see your number of steps, time, and "guesstimated" calorie burn. Small enough to fit under my bed, especially after lowering the step pads. Highly recommended.

Out of the box, I had to tighten a few bolts. Without adjusting anything at first, I stepped onto a pedal and it barely dropped an inch and the other step did not rise up. I tried to read the instructions but the broken English just confused me. I kept messing with it and figured out that you have to loosen the knob on the underside that the pulley is attached to, pull one step/pedal up to the highest position you want it to go, push the other one down, and then tighten the knob all the way. Then the up/down motion works. The higher you put it, the more you get the side to side motion on the down step. After figuring this out, I reread the instructions and then they made more sense. There is also a small rod that was sticking out on the side of the front support beam (I circled in the picture). I didn't know what this did so I pushed it toward the support beam and it disappeared. I realized, this is what the step touches to count your steps that show up on the display that is mounted on top of the support beam. I had to pop the display off, reach inside and push the rod back out until the step could touch it again. Not the best design. The resistance bands that come with it are adjustable which is great because I'm 5'3" and needed to shorten them so they actually provided resistance. They don't provide a lot of resistance, think a one pound weight. If you use them long enough, you'll feel it. I did 100 steps and felt it in my quads and was a little out of breath. I'm looking forward to using this in my exercise routine.
