I generally don't write a review, but, guven the exceptional customer service I received I couldn't resist myself from leaving a review. I bought a pair of these chairs. They arrived timely and the assembly was easy. The chairs are very good looking and comfortable. I wish it had slightly more cushion, but, good enough for the money I paid. There was a slight malfunction in one of the chair within a month and that is when I contacted the customer care. They were very prompt and courteous in addressing my concern and sent a replacement part immediately which was again easy enough to assemble. I'm super impressed with this kind of exceptional customer care and certainly enjoying the decent chairs that are also value for money. I would definitely recommend this product.

They delivered super quickly!!! Very easy to assemble and looks nice. Just there are some rust under the seat part where the screws are attached that multiple people mentioned in the comments but they're not visible. I hope they don't spread. I will send updates about the durability.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. We just purchased them, they only took maybe 30 mins to put together and they match the scheme we were going for.
