Pretty good product. Easy to use and assemble, my only two complaints is that it can be a bit uncomfortable at the back of the knees, but I just put a towel down behind my knees and its fine. Also some of the screws were too big or the diameter of the holes drilled were too small, so they don't go in all the way. ... show more

Does the job. I have used it about 30 times. Comfortable with good adjustability. I’m 6’1” and works well. The arm bars feel a little flimsy but have not failed yet. Worth the price for incline sit-ups.

It arrived nicely packaged and well protected. I assembled it quickly with little effort. The bench is what I needed to motivate me to perform sit-ups. Very sturdy and well constructed. Easy to move around the garage where I keep it. I highly recommend it as a reasonably priced addition to my workout equipment. They have sent two separate documents for a rebate. The media could not be loaded. I have decided a home gym is a necessity for me. I'm 37 and staying in shape requires effort nowadays 🤣 I bought this situp bench to help with my core muscles. The bench is light and easy to move around. It took about 2 minutes to put together. Yes, two! It's easy enough you can fold it between sessions. When you put the cotter pins in, they will put up 0 fuss... If they give you any guff, it's because the holes aren't lined up. The bench is comfortable and I like the colors. I feel it is a good value for the price and will definitely last. It is stable while you exercise. I do not like the push up handles on the side as they get in the way for doing chest presses. They are easy to remove, though, so no big deal! My favorite exercise on this is the Russian twist. A few of the others I have tried and like are decline sit ups (if your lower back hurts, you need to change your form... Do a search to help you!), Reverse crunches, and incline leg raises.
