I actually got 2 of these lamps, they are not very bright but one does the job and the second one has stopped working after 2 months. When I first got it, it worked fine but now it just won't stay on. The other lamp I have works fine. No complaints. use caution with this one. ** the company made this right. I like this lamp for its ease of use and small footprint. The touch pad is responsive and it puts out a lot of light for my desk. The lights turn out, due to a motion sensor, in my work space so I needed something close and fast so I can keep working.

I got this lamp for my desk several months ago. It worked great, and I was fond of it. The USB port on the back that I used to charge my bluetooth headset after work each day was a nice touch. This was all fine and dandy until about a week ago. It started to do this mild flickering at times. After a couple days of that, the USB port on the back stopped charging my headset. (As a side note, even when it was working fine, the light needed to be off to charge from the rear USB port. This worked out fine in my case, as I was done working for the day and no longer needed the light. I'm guessing this is by design, but I'm not completely sure?) But now, the light was doing some flickering AND the USB port wasn't working to charge my headset. It also got ridiculously sensitive to any movement whatsoever of the power cable. If it got slightly touched, the lamp turned off. Move the base a bit? It's probably gonna turn off. And no, I was NOT pressing the power spot on the base. Finally, the light intensity suddenly dropped to almost zero. I tried plugging it in other places, and nothing changed. The light was just a step above completely off, and went no brighter. All the other issues were still at play as well. Now I have to find another desk lamp, so hopefully the next one will be more reliable than this one. The product page claims they have a dedicated customer support line. Maybe it was included somewhere in the box initially, but it was certainly gone at this point. I tried a bunch of Googling to see if I could find SOME way to reach out to them. I looked all over Amazon as well, and could find nothing. It goes without saying that I'd return this damn thing if I wasn't way past the return date. ... show more

Loved this light until it just would not work. Tried unplugging it and replugging into different outlets and nothing. It worked about 5 months and died. Seller only offers 30 day refund or replacement - so beware. I do expect something like this to last longer so very disappointed with this item. UPDATE - I would like to let other potential buyers of this product know that you can buy with confidence. This seller stands behind their product! Since my first review the seller contacted me and offered to replace the broken one or give a partial refund if I had an adapter that I could use to see if the first light worked with it. Since I did not have the appropriate adapter to fit I was sent a new light promptly. I can appreciate a seller who stands behind their product and makes things right. I really like the concept and the different light settings but the lamp part won’t stay up if you try to adjust it. It just falls down into a low position. You are unable to adjust it parallel with the ground or higher, as it falls. Power cord is a bit short. Other than that the lighting is great.

This is a good light with its range of warm/cool and brightness. The only thing I would add/change would be to make the vertical riser rotate as opposed to just folding forward. I use it daily and am glad to have it.
