I had a problem deciding what size bed to get. I wanted to put two beds together and use king sized sheets on them. I bought a couple of twin mattresses a couple of years ago and put them on our king box springs and they were too short. We keep the head of the bed elevated for health reasons and the twin mattresses kept sliding down the box spring because there was nothing to hold them in place. So I knew I needed a frame with the metal piece at the bottom to keep the mattress in place. I made some errors in my attempt to get two bed frames to equal a king sized bed and learned a few things: a twin extra long bed is close enough to the length of a king sized bed to use king sized sheets. So two twin extra long beds together work as a king sized bed. A friend has the expensive adjustable bed with the split mattress and has a terrible time making the bed. She has to pull the mattress off the bed to get the top of the sheet over the mattress. I didn't want to do that and having the twin extra long bed frames sitting side by side it is really easy to get the top of the sheet over the top of the bed and it fits great over two mattresses. The head of the bed can still be adjusted up to the height I like without messing up the sheets. My husband keeps his side flat and I raise the head and foot sections of mine about 30 degrees and it doesn't bother him at all. I have to raise the foot section to keep me from sliding down the raised top while asleep. I used to wake up with my feet hanging off the bottom of the bed with our old bed because the head of the bed was on risers. If some day it gets too hard to make the king sized bed and we decide to split the beds up we can do that and just get new twin extra long sheets. The frames give lots of support and I especially like that my robot vacuum can go under the bed and not get stuck. It doesn't like being pushed with a broom and I could not reach far enough under the old bed to get it out. Now it just rolls under the bed with no problems. I can't speak to durability as we have had the beds for about two months, but so far so good. The quality is good and the beds were really easy to put together. Considering we are elderly and had to put everything together to have a place to sleep that night it went together really well. As to price, the two beds we got and two memory foam mattresses from another company combined cost less than the two twin mattresses we got two years ago and were unhappy with. We find this set of beds and the mattresses (bought separately) very comfortable and pleasant to sleep on. ... show more

Hello, Absolutely in love with this bed frame. The product was packed to ensure it arrived in great condition. FedEx did a wonderful job getting the frame to the delivery address in good condition and in a timely manner. Set-up was extremely easy. Instructions were great. Took about 30 minutes. And the product meets and even exceeds expectations. Every aspect of options available with this bed frame are excellent for both a pre- and post- surgery person. Elevating legs and head either together or independently are fantastic options. And the five massage variations are awesome. The option to use one, two or all three bed leg segments to determine best height is genius. We used two segments per leg as the mattress purchased was 14”. It is obvious that great care was put into designing this bed frame. The months long, leg constantly elevated, post surgery recovery and rehab will definitely be smoother this. Arrived promptly, in 2 separate boxes. Easy assembly (2 of us) and works great! Had to ask for a sync cord, was sent out immediately, at no charge. Bed is sturdy, functional for adjusting head and feet and massage is great! Very pleased with the product and customer service.

Well built product and sturdy. Easy assembly within minutes. The motor is not noisy and the movements are fluid. Had a slight sizing issue with our twin XL mattresses. We were able to have the issue fixed by chatting with the seller’s customer support. Very helpful and communicative.

    • Horrible customer service and remote buttons which do not work!

Cannot pair the 2 remotes. Instruction are not clear. We have had over 35 emails back and forth with the supplier of this bed. The latest effort to get the ZG and Anti-Snore buttons to work was to send us a video in Chinese which showed people speaking in Chinese and flashing the remote around to show us which buttons to press. You could not even see which buttons were being pressed in the video, let alone understand the Chinese speech. Every time I hear from Carol in customer service, I know I am going to continue getting the run around. They sent us a sync cable which was supposed to resolve the issue of not being able to synchronize the two bed frames. After installing the sync cable we were told everything would work. The ZG and Anti-Snore buttons both sent one side of the bed 4 to 6 inches higher than the other so those two buttons on the remote are useless. We spent $570 on this bedframe and it still does not work properly! Customer service is basically horrible and useless. We highly recommend not wasting your money on this item! ... show more

This works fine as a bed but I figured that a split king was a universal. It's not. This bed frame measures 69.3 inches wide. My mattress is 74 inches wide. It hangs out over the frame. It doesn't make an issue for some people, but I have to sit on the side of the bed before I get up. That 4,7 inches mean a lot. I bought a very sturdy mattress, so it's not that. Be forewarned. If you buy this it will probably hang over the edge. ... show more
