I've sprayed one tank with this. It's going back tomorrow, the axle housing is thin sheet metal that's just bent to make the square shape, with no welds (keep in mind when it's fully loaded it can weigh up to 300lbs). Wheelbase is ridiculously narrow, you feel like it's going to tip over at any time. Every hose popped off under pressure. The pump pickup is on the outside, if you're spraying anything other than a flat lawn you will break the pickup at some point. It costs more than the one from northern tool and the one at Northern tool is one gallon larger, has an internal pickup, and the axle frame is substantially more sturdy. 1 star do not recommend ... show more

Bought one of these last year, and it worked fine. Winterized it as the instructions says, now the pump will not even build pressure. This set up is absolute junk. Stay away. I did not get this off Amazon, I purchased mine at Tractor Supply. Every chance I get to warn anyone about this sprayer, I take it. The Fimco gold series pumps are junk. I cannot say anything about any of their other lines or sprayers, but I will never invest the money to find out how they work. This is junk. ... show more

Bought this brand new last year, used it 4 times and had problems with frame parts and bolts wanting to loosen up. So advice if you buy this 30gallon sprayer, 1st only fill it with 20 or less gallons and use Locktite when assembling all bolts especially bolts that go thru frame to spray tank. Also, if you have uneven ground or hilly areas make sure there is no more than 10 gals of solution in tank.....it is very tippy/top heavy. Over all if you have a small, flat yard and need spraying, it does a fine job. A huge improvement for this sprayer would be to have a trailer like the 40 gallon sprayer with a wider wheel base. ... show more

Junk. Wheel base is too narrow causing trailer to tip over on small hills. Hose fittings leak. Pump went out after 1 season. Bolt broke on breakaway boom.
