These chairs are the best! We bought these for our Airbnb so it’s important that they’re sturdy but stylish and they definitely check off both of those boxes. I love that they swivel, and they’re super comfortable. Assembly was a snap! Each chair took 5-10 minutes to put together. Most of the time was spent unwrapping the packaging! And I do mean unwrapping. Each part of the chair came wrapped in very cute paper with animal designs and other illustrations on them, it felt like I was unwrapping a gift! The paper was so cute I actually saved a few sheets to use as wrapping paper for kids gifts. Anyway, the chairs are great. These definitely *look* good and I appreciate the wide base and swivel action. Also it’s not the type of base to stub your toes on, which is great. Assembled very easily in 5 minutes with the help of a 7 year old and 3 year old. (The kids could have done it without me to be honest) I removed a star because one of my four chairs had dinged metal right out of the box, and another had a scuff in the leather, which really isn’t acceptable for something brand new.     • broke in first week when nobody was even sitting on them

they look beautiful but one of the stools popped up entirely on its own when nobody was even sitting on it. it now stays up perpetually and will come down when sat on, but as soon as someone gets up it pops back up. the other stool seems to work for now, but is very slow to come up and down when using the lever, you have to press it multiple times to get it to move up. i don't know how to contact the seller for a replacement for the one that is broken. suppose you get the quality you pay for... ... show more
