How to use the compression packing cubes more efficiently? It is recommended not to fill the bag beyond 2/3 of its capacity. Place a finger behind the zipper while compressing to prevent the fabric from catching. What should we do if the zipper gets stuck? If the zipper gets caught on the fabric, stop pulling. You can gently slide the zipper back while pulling the fabric outward, or hold the zipper and gently tug the fabric downward. Why is it not recommended to overfill the compression packing cubes? The fuller it is, the less it compresses. An overloaded cube can save at most 10% of space. Overfilling may overload the zipper, causing zipper teeth damage, misalignment and jamming. What is the difference between compression packing cubes and vacuum compression bags? Compression packing cubes do not work like vacuum bags, they cannot be completely flattened after compression and tend to bulge in the middle. There are many packing cubes on the market, but these BAGAIL Compression Packing Cubes are the best I've found. I have purchased three sets already (different colors) and am about to buy my fourth because they work so well and hold up beautifully with frequent travel. Overall - I would rate this 3.5 - 4 stars. I have purchased 2 sets of this and still use them when traveling. ***In the picture these bags are the black with gray bands and zipper. The white are another compression bag brand I tried *** The BAGAIL Compression Packing Cubes have proven to be reliable travel companions with some notable strengths and a few minor setbacks, leading to a balanced 3.5-4 star rating. On the positive side, these packing cubes have been a boon for keeping my luggage organized. They are sturdy and well-made, fitting neatly into various travel bags. Cleaning them is a breeze, which adds to their overall convenience. The zippers held up well and didn't give me any trouble during my trips. While the compression feature does work, it didn't quite match up to the best I've experienced. It performed adequately, but did not compress to the level I expected. I found that the level of compression achieved was influenced by the types of clothes I used. My husband and I travel quite a bit and up to this point I have been a big fan of the roll-up your clothes packing method. I actually purchased another set of packing cubes that I really liked. And then upon recommendation from someone else I bought this set. They are my very favorite! We spent 5 weeks on the road in Europe this summer and I only take one suitcase. I fit a record number of clothing items in my bag using these. They compress easily and effectively with the dual zipper method. You first zip the bag closed and then use the other zipper set to compress the bag. I wasn't sure it would work but it did! I wouldn't say my clothes came out of the bags wrinkle-free but they were minimally wrinkled. I packed them fairly full and the zippers were durable and sturdy. I loved the variety of sizes. I would say the larger sizes are the best since the smaller ones really limit what kinds of clothes you could put in them. My husband is 6'4" so most of his clothes would really only fit in the two largest ones. But for me, my tees and such worked great in the smaller two. I can't recommend these enough. I loved being able to pack and repack my bag multiple times so easily and so quick! These are a must-have for anyone who travels frequently.

I thought these were the kind of bags where you stuffed a crazy amount of clothes in them and then they magically shrunk the size. These you fill about 2/3rds, and they do shrink a good bit! What I am trying to say is that it is a different, and better, philosophy - you are packing the normal amount of clothes, but it is shrinking them a decent amount - it is just a win over your normal loose packing. And that is really what works the best for me! The organization! In the largest pouch, its perfect size for my jeans and belt. The next size down is perfect for pyjamas, boxers, and shorts. Below that is perfect for t shirts. and below that is perfect for toiletries. They are all the perfect size for those items! I am so SO pleased with this product. not only are all my clothes smaller, but this modular system keeps the suitcase clean and uncluttered and also organized by clothing type. I love them!

I purchased these compression cubes for an exciting trip to Europe. Sadly, they arrived close to my travel date so when I received it, I really like the material and was excited to pack. I loved how organized my suitcase was and how quickly I was able to find what I needed. At first I liked the quality but the smallest of the cubes had a sticky zipper. But everything else was great, and it was so close to my travel date that I didn’t return and rebuy the set of compression cubes (there was no time). The quality of the cubes was nice but that zipper kept getting stickier and stickier. By midway of my trip, I regretted not being able to return and rebuy them again because now the zipper has completely locked and the cube is unusable. My return date for this purchase has past and after sending the company an email about the problem, my message was ignored or never arrived as I received no response. I’m disappointed. There are some good selections from other companies I would try if looking for travel compression cubes . Try them from another company for your trip. You won’t be dissatisfied with ease of packing organization.
