Good looking, fabric and color are nice, seems solid. Took off one star because the top side of the 4 legs are not stained so when on, you can see a fine line of bare wood at the top of them. Resolved that issue by using a magic marker to that area so it doesn't not show up. Overall would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for that. (The legs I received were a much lighter shade with a red tone-I refinished them darker so they would match the other woods in the room.)

I bought this ottoman 3 years ago, almost to the date. My adult son stood on it to turn off the smoke alarm and nearly fell through the top. I'd only ever used it to sit on, rarely, and rest my feet on ocassionally. I was really surprised when we heard it crack and saw it dent but it's a perfect size fir the space I bought it for and rarely gets used. The feet attach easily and lid opens smooth and stays open until you gently close it. It won't fall on you. The top is padded, though thos one is more firm than the 1st one. The light-mesium grey looks in person as it did on the site. It's easy to clean. Just wipe with a damp, lint free cloth. I never had trouble with it until my son stood on it which I found odd because it had a weight rating of just over 300 pounds which he is not. Anyway, I bought it again because fie the price and size, it's a really great storage ottoman. I easily fit 2 throw blankets inside and have a bit of room left over. Eventually I'll buy a different one but for now, this is actually a decent one.

I absolutely love this!!! Easy assembly, I Love the storage it has, and fits perfectly with my couch. Super comfy also. Shipping was very fast. Now my husband wants one for his side of the couch so looks like we will be getting another one soon lol. Highly recommend

Nice sized sized foot stool/ottoman... not over sized as some are. Material is decent quality, padding is adequate, and it flips open for a handy storage box.

This is a nice looking, basic little ottoman. I like the cream fabric with script to match with a solid color chair. The storage area seems like it will be useful for storing a few things and the hinges on the lid seem sturdy. If you want to use the legs, be aware that it's not intuitive which way they are intended to face and how far to tighten them. I'm using it without the legs, as the chair I use it with is on the small side, so this wasn't an issue for me. The fabric off-gassed a bit for a day and there's now no odor. The top doesn't have a lot of padding, but feels comfortable when I rest my legs on it. None of minor things was enough for me to knock a star off, though.
