This keeps items cold and ice does not melt fast. The zipper seal is very strong and seals very good. The zipper is a little hard to open since it seals so well but I guess that a small price to pay for keeping your stuff cold. Great price compared to other expensive brands.

RTIC soft cooler 20 can insulated bag. These are expensive - but worth it. They work very, very well keeping shock packs frozen for over 24 hours. If you want to be sure your cooler is cooling - these are worth it. Maybe a few less dollars than the other brand - starts with a Y. I'm saving to buy larger ones too - Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). I would give zero stars. I purchased this as a lunch box for my son. He used it 2 days and the zipper got stuck. We could not get it open. Finally got it open and he tried to use it again. Maybe 2 more days use- and the zipper broke. This is junk. Don’t waste your money.
