This is actually a beautiful, high quality product. No missing pieces, solid with good welds, beautiful leather and easy to assemble. Couldn’t regret this purchase less; I don’t know what quality was like in 2018 but feels excellent now. Also, not a small chair that also is inaccurate.

This chair is beautiful. Once I put it together it seemed sturdy. Problem is it moves the cushion portion left and right. Tighting the screws does no good. Its to heavy to return. I needed help to move it into position. Don't buy it.

Overall I’m not sure why the ratings were so bad on this chair. It’s easy to put together and looks very nice. I gave it 4 stars because I don’t think it’s actually real leather.

We paid hundreds of dollars.to have a tufted desk chair re-upholstered a few years ago. The material on the seat is fraying where the material folds. I was determined to be smarter within next purchase. I looked and looked.and read reviews. Finally I decided to take.a.,hands on this chair. It is heavy leather. It is not.bonded or PU leather. It has tacks for decoration along the back of the chair. It sits straight and does not rock. All of the parts were present upon arrival. It was assembled by my husband in just minutes. I weigh 120 and my husband is 160 lbs. I believe the weight limit of no more than 250 lbs. We have adequate room and the chair is.comfortable. Hopefully it wears well - time will tell. We are not hard on furniture. So far very impressed. ... show more

Very misleading specifications. Chair height TOO low, not adjustable and It is suitable as a child’s chair. Not worth the price. Truly a waste of the 400.00 plus that I paid for the chair. Unable to return. Would cost additional 100 plus dollars. Buyer Beware

Edit: I did eventually get the correct hardware. The chair sits with a slight tilt, as if the swivel plate isn’t mounted level. The leather is very nice, but the chair is overpriced for the overall quality. Also it doesn’t tilt or adjust. The package arrived with the chair and the rolling base, missing 3 of 4 bolts needed to assemble it. I contacted the seller and they submitted an order for replacement hardware. I received a box today containing some hardware. It did not, however, contain the correct hardware for the chair I ordered. I am still unable to assemble the chair. The package I received today contained some bolts and washers but these bolts are nearly twice as long as the ones that were missing from my original package. I am pretty frustrated at this point. I paid a good amount for a nice looking chair but instead I have a large box full of chair parts I cannot assemble taking up space in my living room and and extra box of hardware I cannot use. And still don’t have a chair to sit in at my computer. ... show more
