I got 2 of these for me and my son, they are really amazing little game clients. I had an issue with the power supply on one of them, when I contacted support they were quick to get a new one shipped out for us to keep my son’s game play going.

    • The PC Shuts Down When Not In Use & Sometimes Turns Back On w/The Power BTN
It is a decent PC; however, continually shutting down before needed and unknown is quite annoying. It shuts down when unused, and it could be more efficient. It just likes to shut down. Sometimes I can hit the power button and it will boot, but more often than not, I have to unplug it, then turn it back on. If it didn't shut down, I'd be much happier. Based on other reviews, I assume it's getting hot; ironically, it's in the path of an AC unit as I have an additional server in the same room, so the room itself is always set at 66 degrees. ... show more

The fans stopped working and it started over heating. The seller will not answer or return calls for warranty. The Amazon added protection plan will not fix it. They will tell you to contact the seller. Amazon will only give you a partial refund if any at all I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with this purchase. I called Amazon customer service and they told me I should’ve called within the return date, but it worked then. I had to pay a restocking fee, even though the PC doesn’t work. Amazon customer service supervisor was extremely rude. I gave a one star review because I can’t give zero stars. ... show more

    • REFORMAT FROM SCRATCH THEN IT'S GREAT
This machine comes infected with 2 viruses that are in the boot up section, so unless you're planning on doing a totally clean install don't even connect it to the internet with the malware that it comes with turns out it was a back door that a vendor had put on in the first batch of machines, and apparently they have fixed all machines outside of this small window Customer service has actually been very helpful and they have the drivers in the forum that can easily be installed once you reformat the machine - so I changed my 1 star to 4 because it is a crazy powerful machine, esp for the $599 price that they have on Amazon right now. ... show more

Purchased for my son and had it a few months but it started overheating and shutting down. It then went into recovery mode..finally got it up and again shutdown from heat! Contacted the company and no response. I have a prote tion plan in place too..either or I wouldn't recommend. I purchased two and the other seems to get hot too but hasn't shutdown 'yet' Used for roblox so nothing crazy. ... show more

Mine came preloaded with Malware that was reporting straight back to China. Google will verify. Now at 90 days the motherboard went out. No response from the company, but hey Amazon why are letting these guys still advertise with you?
