It’s super fast and windows 11 it comes with is not full of stuff you don’t need. As usual, the ad blurbs oozed high praise - but to find the praise was well earned was a welcomed surprise. Despite being plastic, the machine is really well built and in no way flimsy. It booted up and completed the install and updates without a snag. After transferring / installing our business software, I was even more surprised -- everything ran much faster than my old Win7 Pro with16G memory and the Intel I7 CPU. I did run into a minor snag when trying to add on a 2.5 drive. I emailed tech support and Koya there provided exactly what I needed within hours ! This is a really nice computer that's easy to install, fast and runs silently. A+ on the product and A+ on tech support. It's two weeks now with daily use and Zero problems or issues. ... show more

Bought this to host Palworld server. Playing with half dozen friends on this little pc hosting palworld. Works great no issue so far. I know other review saying it's full of bloatwear. But I couldn't find any being that mine came with windows not even setup. Windows is install but it takes you to a setup screen like you just installed windows. Unlike other pre-builds that has windows already setup and software installed. 32gb rams it's a good choice and holding up good so far when 6 players are all on. Upgrading m.2 and ram will be easy in the future since everything you need it's accessible by just 4 Phillips screws. ... show more

The fact that it has a small footprint without sacrificing performance is awesome. I would recommend this PC to anyone. Very small, yet powerful. I had no issues with setting it up at all. I purchased the AMD Ryzen 7 5700u 32GB 512GB mini PC and received it on March 13, 2024. Within the first 24 hours it crashed on me 3 times. This product falsely advertises having Radeon RX Vega 8 Graphics (2000MHz) and L3 Cache of 16 mb. Instead, as I've shown in the attached images, it has an internal AMD Radeon Graphics chip (1900MHz) and L3 Cache of 8mb). Not the same. But the thing that really bothers me is that it does not “wake up” when in sleep mode overnight. I updated my power settings to turn off my screen after 1 hour of inactivity and put the device to sleep after 2 hours of inactivity. The next morning, the power button was blinking red but did not turn on after moving the mouse, clicking my keyboard or pressing the power button; I had to physically unplug the power source and reboot the machine. The second night, I set sleep mode to 'never' and manually put the PC to sleep before bed. The next morning, the red power light was off, and it still didn't respond after clicking the mouse, the keyboard, or pressing the power button on the PC. Which is why I am now writing this review.
