Initial Setup and Support Straight out of the box, the ACEMAGIC Mini PC must be restored with a clean install from a USB. My unit came without the necessary WiFi drivers, and I was not able to set up or use the device initially. I purchased this mini PC because I wanted to have YouTube TV running as an always-on-top window while I was working on data-intensive other things (and I am a big tab user with dozens of tabs open all at once.) My other 16GB RAM mini PC could handle it sometimes and other times it would lag and struggle. The Bluetooth would cut out with no way to turn it back on without a long unplug, so that added more frustration. That other mini PC would also turn itself on often (it would restart often times even when I selected "shut down") and because of that, it was running all day when I would be at work. The fan was getting loud, so combining those issues with the occasional lag, I figured it was worth an upgrade. I am very happy with my choice. This mini PC is very quiet, so I am assuming the heat dissipation is working well. I like the black color with the small LED light indicating it is on - it blends in and is not a distraction. The Windows 11 that is installed is extremely lean, which is appreciated - no bloatware or anything like that. The graphics perform well for my 4K projector. Obviously, at 32GB, it is good at multitasking, and I am happy with the processing speed. Overall, I can't really find a single complaint about this mini PC. Customer service was helpful when I was having issues ordering, as well.

Shipped with a bad HDD. Had to wait till Monday for their troubleshooting phone number to be active. Was told I would be contacted in 2 days about a replacement. Had to call back again today (Wednesday, 2 days later) and was told that the last tech said I would need to replace the SSD. Yes, sir, that's what I've been waiting on. Was told now that I need to wait one more day. Was I supposed to purchase a replacement SSD for my new computer ? Advice for others, if it comes defective, just ship it back to have Amazon replace it, it would have been faster, I could have started the RMA on the weekend and I would have had another computer shipped and delivered already. I feel like I'm getting the run around and I'm sure tomorrow will be just another delay, so I'm writing my review today. Will update if/when my defective SSD is resolved. FYI, you will need your own USB (not provided for you) to wipe and install their tools on so you can tell them they sent you a defective device. Update: they wanted me to pay to ship it to them so they could ship a replacement back in about a week or two. I returned to amazon

I bought this not knowing it comes with Windows 11 HOME. The details just say Windows 11. So I wiped it and installed Windows 11 Pro. There's a couple of drivers that I still need to find. Windows wouldn't install the drivers for any of the network adapters. I had use another PC to search down the driver for the Realtek Ethernet so could at least get on the Internet. This PC is fast and comes with 1TB storage. I knew that but didn't realize that I really need 2TB, so eventually I may swap out NVMe SSD. I'm running dual monitors and it handles that well. The PC is very quiet. When I tax it, it's still not that loud and I'm happy with that. As I said this PC is very quick. It's handling my large Excel sheets quite well. I don't really play games so I didn't buy it for that but it appears it will handle some very well. It also takes up very little room on my desk. I'm quite happy with it for the price I paid.
