I had a couple of problems with one of the hearing aids, and I reached out to them and they fixed the problem and I am so happy with these hearing aids! If these ever go bad or break I'm going to buy more from them because this is a very responsible and courteous company, their product is amazing, and on top of that, their prices are very reasonable. You don't find that combination a whole lot anymore! It took me a little while to get the hang of the hearing aids, not because they are difficult to use, because I am a Boomer and I am not very tech savvy The sound quality and clarity is amazing. Their customer support and tech support are far above any I have dealt with in the past! They are kind, patient, accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone!

nice units but have not been able to get it adjusted to where I can use them. I hear a lot of background noise but cannot hear voices sitting near me.

These are all total joke. Steer clear of these wana be things... The manufacturer needs to be much more accurate about how these things work (which they are NOT). This company sucks

Once I got them set up I loved them they are very clear. What I like most is you do most of the adjusting through your phone app. Unlike other inner ear hearing aids that you can't put in your ear without touching and changing the settings. It took me a while to get used to the adjusments, but once I did I think they are great. They are bluetooth so one touch and you can answer your cell phone and everyone tells me I never sounded better. I highly recommend them. there are several settings you can adjust just about everything. I am coming up on 85 years old and if I could figure it out I think anyone can. I have to add since this review I had a problem. I contacted them and they got right on it. They said they would send me a new pair and asked me to send the old ones back so they could find the problem. In the mean time I was able to fix it myself. I hope I caught them in time before they sent the new ones This kind of service is pretty rare anymore.
