Liked these so much I ended up buying several sets to install on all of my tents.. Great at keeping light in/out and easy enough to occasionally clean the internal filter. I purchased the 8" model for my 4x4 tents and used two per tent. With a 6in inline fan running at full speed, the walls just barely suck in.. much better airflow than the built in intake screens on my tents..

Absolutely 5 stars for AC Infinity for this one from the thoughtful packaging to the obvious build quality of the enclosed product. Just wish it cost less. The pics I attached are from the two different tents I installed them in. One a 3x3, the other my newest 5x5 melonfarm budget tent which I have to say while I'm here that the interior zipper flaps/covers whatever you want to call them is exactly what we all need in tent design. It's like a 2" inside flap and I'll shut up cause this is about ac infinity who makes arguably the best out of all of it. I haven't been able to afford an ac infinity tent yet but it's on top of the list behind Gorilla. Until then forget Spider Farmer and mars hydro. They are almost the same company and I own 900 watts of their fixtures. Samsung diodes are what makes the difference. Get the used like new fixtures where you can since Samsung says they are out. My SF se3000s are fantastic x 2 meaning just super high quality light these plants are receiving from them no sh# with these Samsung diodes. Yeah, get these AC Infinity vents man, they block light which was the selling point for them for me. Sides still suck in on the 3x3 some but not as bad it pulling through zipper seams etc.. It has that lil filter slowing it down a lil but that's the light blocker so I'll take it. I'm gonna buy another one for sure just need a price break AC.

The first one I installed I didn't read the instructions. What a PITA. After reading the instructions it was OK. Its not the design but having to access the port and reach around on both sides. Short arms need not apply. Mine are intermediate but Im older so ground level is rough with the additional reach. Im not sure how it could be better, it does work, cleaning the filter is a challenge. That should be separate from installation.

If you need to add a duct to your grow tent these work perfect for it. The louvers on it don’t 100% block the light so heads up on that but if you run the foam filter provided you’ll have no worries. I used it to duct in my dehumidifier air right where I wanted it and have no complaints. Would buy again.

These vents are the ticket. They come with charcoal filter pads to help prevent dust and debri from circulating into the tent. And they’re designed in a way to allow you to connect a duct hose. Im not pulling a duct off mine, but intuitive none the less. This is on my 48x48 AC infinity tent. And if you’re wondering what’s with the rack up against the vent? It turns out you can fit a 48” rack inside the 48” tent, you just have to be creative. The feet of a 48” rack will sit on the bottom frame poles of the 48” tent. I didn’t want to buy a smaller rack so I built a small wood platform to cradle the bottom frame. Crisis adverted!

Be aware that on a 2 x 2 tent it wont fit on the lower holes of the tent. Had to use one in the middle. No problems on 4x2.

Doesn't block light , should have use the proper light trap design like every other light trap company with more then one down ward vent ,like upward and downward vent again like a wave that actually blocks light. Cool concept but not fully executed not proper functionality for light but air I guess
