I was a bit apprehensive about this item and disappointed because I have a 12" iPad Pro. so I kept it under my desk and forgot about it. so yesterday I decide to pull it out because I had to record a video and needed a stand and wow! it helped me incredibly what was I thinking! the suction is great and strong holds my ZV-1 perfectly!, iPad mini, iPhone oh and I had forgotten that I had ordered the larger bracket holder for my iPad Pro 12"! im telling you this was love at first sight was so happy and excited I no longer have to carry huge tripod with me to record my content this is all I need. it is incredible I highly recommended, it is small enough to carry in a backpack and it cups with an extra suction pad and camera holder. the only thing I recommend is if its not sticking wet it and let it dry and you are ready to go. I will be carrying this wherever I go. so if you are looking for a sturdy, reliable mount this is it take my word for it you wont regret it. Bought this initially for a road trip and had no issues, but now the suction does not work well on another surface. After a while the tablets weight will tip it over, especially on more slick surfaces like a quartz countertop Edit: this problem was solved by washing the suction part. This mount works perfectly as an iPad roof mount on our Model Y! We used it on a long trip and the kids could watch all their movies!
