Was super easy and quick to put together. We have used it with the propane function and the pizza came out delicious and perfectly crisp crust too. The pizza we made didn’t take long to cook either so it was easy for everyone to make their pizza and us all still sit and eat together while they’re hot. Made one pizza using the oven so far. Really like the rotating pizza stone for getting an even bake. Used wood pellets, which took a little playing with to understand when to add more the fire box. And speaking of the fire box. There needs to be a photo or description in the manual as what the correct orientation of the grate should. Of the four possible positions two seen appropriate so I'm doing some experimentation to decide which is the correct orientation. So far, my only complaint is that the hose on the propane burner is too short - Hose needs to be at least 4 ft longer. Will have to get an extension hose. The other issue I found is easy to fix. The ends of the flue/chimney were cut with an abrasive saw, so the chimney is full of abrasive particles and metal dust. Then chimney needs to be scrubbed out so none of that dust falls on your pizza. Can't wait to cook my next pizza and try a different fuel - perhaps lump charcoal or propane using an extension hose this time.

I used to make pizzas in a traditional oven until one gathering when I tried a pizza made in a specific pizza oven by a friend. The oven provided higher temperatures, resulting in a better texture for the pizza. So, I decided to purchase a similar pizza oven. The installation of the oven was straightforward, offering two different heating modes: wood or gas. Different types of woods could bring distinct flavors, However, the high temperature duration was relatively short, requiring more time to add firewood if you plan to make many pizzas. On the other hand, using natural gas could provide consistent and sustained heat, making it perfect for gatherings. For beginners, smaller-sized pizzas are easier to handle; larger sizes tend to crisp the pizza edges quickly, risking burning. I'm highly satisfied with this purchase and strongly recommend it!

This is my first pizza oven. Took a few tries to figure out pizza baking. Now I'm getting better. First time, I used the pellets. Discovered the door for loading pellets won't stay closed. So I now use a magnet to keep it closed. When loading pellets while cooking they don't spread evenly in the tray because the load opening is too small to get the scoop in. I found that using the gas option is so much better than pellets. It gets to 700° almost 3 times faster than pellets. Overall the oven is well built and the outside walls are not too hot to touch while operational.

A recent graduate from college, my son was looking for a gift to give his dad. He wanted to purchase something nice for him since he is finally getting paid! We researched several of the new pizza ovens that are out and came across this one. Quite honestly, we could not decide between the gas powered and woodfired type pizza… So we decided to give this one a chance we have used both methods of cooking since Christmas on several occasions. We have guests over and they make their own individual pizza and my son and husband cook them in no time flat! We prefer the woodfired where we use the pellets as fuel… The pizza taste delicious that way… It does go through pellets pretty quickly… But those things are not very expensive! Food is wonderful that comes from this oven, and it is very well made! The oven comes to temperature in about 7 to 8 minutes… And it maintains temperatures as long as you follow the directions! As the metal expands, the door is a little wiggly to get in… But really, that does not present any type of problem as I read in other reviews… I think that is just kind of something we expected with the hot temperatures…

I regret buying this pizza oven. From the first use, it’s been nothing but problems. The thermometer fogged up almost immediately, making it useless. The rotator mechanism that’s supposed to turn the pizza stone stopped working once the oven got warm. On top of that, the clips that hold the stone expand when heated, locking the stone in place so tightly that removing it without breaking it is nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the return process has been a nightmare. The seller refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead asked me to try fixing the issues myself—completely unacceptable for a brand-new item. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product
