Very simple to assemble in 5 minutes - only need to attach legs and a support bar/straps. Very comfortable beautiful fabric and color, although I noticed after sitting in it for longer times that my legs would start to go numb so not sure if design (narrower center front and easily pulled down with weight?) is the cause...? I'm 5'7" and 200lbs and it cradles me comfortably though I do need to use a back pillow for lumbar support which is true for me with most chairs. With summer heat your body warmth is held in (unable to vent) because of the plush padding and velvety fabric so beware of that factor. I am sitting in this chair as I write this review. The kids love it, the cat sleeps on it when we are not home and it has been a great value. This is not an expensive chair, but it really works great as a place to sit and look out the window.
