I got this for my college student since because we raised the bed AND going from a bigger bed to a twin would an adjustment for anyone. For safety, we thought this would be a good idea. Setting up was a process for us since there's no box spring, we had to tie it and well, hopefully it stays. It's been 2 weeks and we keep our fingers crossed. So far the reports have been great! Great for pulling yourself up to get out of bed. We have a bed that raises at the top and bottom. Not sure it was going to work. But it did. Couldn't use strap but fits under top of mattress then I lower the mattress down.

Very sturdy and strong bed rail and easy to install. It gets the job done and helps from preventing falls. Soboth my parents are happy that I got this and I have peace of mind that my dad is safe now from falling out of bed.

THE EXTEND-A-RAiL makes me feel secure while sleeping. Prior to purchasing this product, I almost fell out of the bed, but was able to catch myself. Although, I did injure my neck and back.
