I love my new ABC CANOPY. I can't speak about the water resistance yet because it hasn't rained, but I want to let people know that it is well made. I feel like this is @ least a two person job. I wouldn't say it is impossible for one person, just easier with an extra hand. CAUTION: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: If you want to keep this up outdoors all Summer you can but only if you use something other than the stakes & tie downs that come with it. The weight bags could be better also. I would suggest for bags to purchase the larger, taller ones made also by ABC CANOPY. In total they hold up to 130 lbs. of sand , pea gravel, dirt, whatever you choose to use for weight. If you want to leave this up in 25 mile an hour wind, & rain you can. But this is not a hardtop Gazebo and if you are putting it on the lawn in your yard you need to purchase a different type of ground anchor. I would suggest @ least 16" L ground " Earth Augers" . They make some nice heavy duty ones nowadays. Then purchase an" Augo" ratchet set. Augo makes the best & you can purchase the "Earth Augers" and the" Augo ratchet sets "right here on Amazon.The ratchet set comes with 4 straps about 15' long w/ really heavy duty hooks. Just put the earth Augers in the ground first, and screw them down into the earth either manually , or some have an attachment where you can use a drill to turn them. Avoid areas with roots & rock obviously and once flush with the ground attach one end of the ratchet strap to each earth auger and hook to inside top steel bar of the canopy ,tighten the ratchet & all set. If you do not you will find your canopy in your neighbor's yard,or upside down & ripped out of the ground ,even seen broken windows . These will withstand a normal summer thunderstorm and some wind if you do this. The stakes & ties that come with this product will not hold it down and your Canopy will most likely be ruined along with anything in it's path when it goes airborne. VERY IMPORTANT. DO NOT USE THE GROUND STAKES AND ROPE THAT COMES WITH UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PUTTING IT UP& TAKING IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AFTER USING IT .

Great canopy for summer months in PA to keep sun off and heat at day. Well enjoying the outside. Always a great time for friends under the canopy in the evening with fire pit. Had one in past and lasted three summers, but most recent canopy gazebo is much better quality And seems to be more weather resistant. Easy to put up. Instructions helpful. Once frame opened with my son I was able to do the entire set up alone and only took about two hours including stringing lights across inside frame. Great gazebo or a very reasonable price . Put on deck but screwed in legs so not destroyed by any wind or storms that may roll through. Great product highly recommended.

We were excited when we first set it up. Knowing this is not a permanent fixture, it equivalent to a pop up tent. Which is what I expected, however I left it up overnight with no rain or heavy winds only to see it laying on side. Mind you we used sand bags and the stakes to keep it stationary thinking with no bad weather predicted it should be fine for overnight use. Not so, also noticed one of the braces broke off. We only used it twice and now its not usable any longer. Also not sure how but the mosquito netting also tore on one of the panels. I dont know if its because I purchased the 11x11 that its not durable or what.

looks great instructions are a train wreck , just youtube an installation video and throw the instructions away. The small top canopy does not seem to cover enough of the main canopy to keep water out. if there is any wind at all with the rain its going to leak. otherwise great canopy for the price.

I bought this tent because my back yard is nothing but sun during the day and bugs at night. I wanted to finally enjoy my back yard again. Once I arrived it took my husband maybe 20-30 minutes to set up and place. It was super easy! We also like that it comes with a case so when remove it in the winter it's not just a pile in the garage. It's pretty light. I shimmied it by myself across my deck. I went into with a darker color for preference. I'm curious to see how/if it fades by the end of summer. It's raining tonight and so far so good!!

we had some wind come up on us and several of the pieces just snapped. We thought we could fix it until we noticed that the main center piece that holds all of the brackets is the cheapest softest plastic and there was no way to fix it. That should’ve been made out of metal. All of the metal pieces though are very very thin hollow pieces that snap easily. The canopy also ripped very easily and there’s no way to fix that either. Absolute junk. update - I added a star because seller reached out to me and attempted to "fix" it, offering to send replacement pieces (which I explained would be impossible to swap out) and then a new frame from overseas. They even asked for photos of the broken parts. I sent them the photos, but was not interested in replacing a poor design with something with the same issues. At least they were responsive. I added another star because if you only need something for a few hours at a picnic on a sunny day with no chance of any wind, this would be wonderful. It's easy to set up and take down. I did not get to test it with rain, but with rain there is usually wind, so I would recommend taking it down. It is one of the largest ones I found on amazon. [update] They have certainly tried to make this right. They are sending me a whole new unit. It is a good size and very easy to put up, so I appreciate that.

The media could not be loaded. It was fast delivery and amazingly easy to put up. Its very fancy looking for that great price n even came w sand bags to secure the whole thing for a windy day. I love it. Would recommend buying it again Or to anyone that needs some shade in the summer months to come! I love it!
