I bought this item a few years ago. Living in PA we did not expect this to last through the harsh winters and windy, stormy summers. It’s still standing and the frame looks like new! We did remove the canopy before the first winter and stored it in our shed. Sadly, mice chewed through it. We reached out to customer service and they were FANTASTIC in helping us purchase a new one. We decided not to remove the canopy before the next winter and it withstood the snow. We are so impressed that we reached out again a few weeks ago and purchased another canopy (just in case). Customer service was fantastic again. We are confident this gazebo will last us many more years. Thank you, ABCCanopy, you impressed us highly.

This gazebo completely transformed our outdoor space. It looks elegant and feels sturdy, and the netting makes a huge difference — especially in the evenings when bugs are usually a problem. Assembly took a bit of time, but the instructions were clear, and once it was up, it was absolutely worth the effort. This is a wonderful piece, they should modify the instructions they aren't easy to follow or clear. If it was I would have left this five star. This is our second ABC Canopy (one was killed by a hurricane) great quality and really the last one lasted me 9 years for camp.

Rustiic Red Gazebo The Gazebo was purchased June 2023 . We waited a couple weeks to put the gazebo up. once the gazebo was assembled. It was really nice. We sat up under the gazebo few times in July and August A couple of months later. We notice the top of the canopy was faded really bad. We started reaching out to Amazon. By that time the 30 day returned window was over. we understood that well. There's something called a manufacturer warranty. 2nd time we Called Amazon again, I was given information to the Manufacturer company. Tried to contact the manufacturer company via phone. No one never answered the phone. I work during the day and don't have time to be on the phone or emailing often. 3 -4.months have gone by. Trying to get in contact with the Manufacturer company Called Amazon again the later part of December and was given the manufacturer contact email instead of the number finally. I emailed a certain department which was given by a CSR. And Email the manufacturer company in a different department that was given. Sent information they requested but, were told the top of the canopy warranty expired which were past the 6 months, which I didn'tknow. I thought that the entire gazebo had at least a 1 year warranty. By the time I got in contact with someone via email the top of the canopy was out of warranty. I called Amazon CS again And told him that the top of the canopy warranty expired and nothing could be done by the manufacture company. I was given another number and Email address by CSR. I was told I was.given incorrect information and the email address and number should be the right department And they would be able to help with the correct information that was given at the.time. However, up until now. 03/30/24 Once, I reached out to the correct department. Nothing could be done with the top of the canopy at all. But, their asking by a diagram which part of the brace or bracket needs to be replaced. At this point the entire canopy/gazebo is shot. From the top of the canopy to the brace, netting and strings to tie the curtains back. Less than a year the entire canopy is shot. Spring is here and summer is rolling around again. The images is the faded top of the canopy, the broken brace and the faded curtain with broken ties and strings to pull the curtains back This is now the 8th month of having the gazebo set under it a few times..no enjoyment at all. I understand the change of weather and seasons but, this is ridiculouas, not good quality at all. Money wasted. Not worth it! Bad experience and the company will not communicate with you via phone during business hours. It goes to voice mail. I read the reviews before purchasing. That's why I purchased it. You have good and bad. I had a bad experience. Till this day nothing is being done. Not worth it!. I will never purchased from ABC canopy again through Amazon or Directly.

Good produce. Provides shade and shelter from the rain. It decrease the temp by ant least 7 under it. Easy to put together with a few people and doesn’t take long. You still get a good breeze with the nets down and zipped. It’s looks good from the outside and inside. My only problem was one of the legs didn’t screw in like the rest but once anchored down, it wasn’t a problem. It has help up through some strong winds and storms.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The 10x12 gazebo seems to have a solid steel frame and a sleek dark gray finish that should look great on most patios or decks. The mosquito netting is a useful feature, especially for outdoor evenings. From what I can tell so far, the materials appear durable and well made. I think it’s going to be a good fit for my space. Overall, it looks like a good buy for the price I paid.
