The media could not be loaded. This was a good option for the price so that I could have some shade over my hot tub. I managed to put it together myself but a second person would have been a big help. It took a while with just me. Added the sand bags to each leg and felt that it was sturdy enough and wouldn’t be an issue for the windier days in Florida. I had only had it up for just less than 45 days before Hurricane Ian showed up. I added tie down straps that attached to my hot tub. Those straps saved the canopy from becoming a giant flying rocket of metal. But the joint welds did not hold up to the winds. This north facing joint snapped at about 60 mph winds. One more side joint snapped later on in the evening. While I have been able to temporarily secure the joint I will have to order a new canopy. I would recommend this canopy even in Florida with our strong winds. This canopy held up for what be considered “normal” winds and a bit more. The canvas top never ripped. Make sure to secure the canopy with tie downs for safety purposes. ... show more

We ordered a 10x10 khaki gazebo and it looks very pretty. We have been very pleased so far with everything about this gazebo, especially given the price. The installation was relatively easy and the material feels good quality. I am not too worried about rain leakage, particularly because we live in the middle of a desert. I am, however, a little bit concerned about how it will handle strong winds. So far so good, will update if things go wrong! ... show more

This product has very bad craftsmanship. The sewing is off and doesn’t align with the frame. I reached out to there customer service and they attempted to charge me for a replacement. This is bad customer service! Customers are not to pay for the company’s bad manufacturing. I expected to get a quality product and was very disappointed when we almost finished the install to realize the cloth does not line up with the frame and there was nothing to correct it. The company did not have the color I ordered (gray) and wanted to send me a green, not anywhere my color and on top of that charge me &100. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED & DISATISFIED!!! OH, they took over 3 months to try and make excuses why to not replacement, they wanted pictures, video, tried to negotiate colors and price. From sending me $25 for the inconvenience -$55 for a full replacement for colors I don’t like and $100 full product green replacement that I did not want. If I bought a similar top replacement online, it’s almost $100. Why would I take $25 refund. Amazon said to work with them and sorry to say, it must be returned because the company is not fair. All I wanted was to get the same color too and return the faulty one back to them, IT’S USABLE and looks cheap with the faulty sewing. The wind blows it up which is also not good for longevity of the entire unit. This whole process has been ridiculous. You have been warned! ... show more

I’ve had this gazebo for about 2 years. We live in SE Texas so the canvas top has taken a beating.. it is still sturdy and legs have not rusted. However I really really need to find an 8x8 canvas top replacement and I can’t seem to find one from the same company.. does anyone know how to find a replacement other than manufacturer? ... show more

I am so happy woth this gazebo! I was nervous because of some of the reviews but it is great! Easy to assemble and very sturdy.! We just had high winds last night...about 30-40 mph, and it held up just fine! We do have it anchored to the concrete patio it is on. I did have a small tear in the smaller top portion when I received it, but the company was very responsive and sent me a replacement within 2 weeks!!! I sprayed some Scotchgaurd water repellent on the top just for extra protection because it did drip through a little after a heavy rain. I love it! ... show more
