    • Pushed my pizza making to another level
I am a beginner to pizza making, but one of the biggest issues I had was the burnt excess flour that clings to the bottom of the pizza and overpowers its taste. This brush solved this issue for me. I used it to brush off excess burnt flour, or any stuck ingredients from a failed launch and go on to the next pizza. I'm surprised at how well it resists the heat and flames, I don't let it linger inside the oven for more than 5-10 seconds at a time, but my flame resistant gloves dont even survive this long. It's pricey, but the build quality and the benefits make me feel it's worth it. ... show more

This is a definite must have for your pizza oven. Helps to clean in between each pizza so there is less buildup and burnt flour.

Good for the burned chunks that remain behind, but you're better off using a shop vac to get the finer particles

Don't waste your money like I did - there's nothing special about this brush, and the scraper is just a thick piece of metal with almost zero usefulness.

Product looked used when it arrived. The handle had scratches on it. I returned it.

    • Doesn't fit well in the Ooni Koda12
It's ok, but it doesn't fit the Koda12 very well. When using the brush side, the metal scraper on the top will scratch the top of the koda12 especially on the sides where it's angled down a bit. You basically can't brush the sides.

This is a well made but expensive brush for basic cleaning of the pizza stone. However, what you will find over time is that by running the Ooni pizza oven at high 800+ degrees for 45 - 60 minutes is much like a self cleaning oven. It will turn most all food debris into white ashes. All you need to do after that is whip the ashes off of the stone with a dry cloth. If I had it to do over again, I would have spent $19 on a pizza oven brush to do the same basic cleaning. Onni is a very good company but you don't need to spend allot of money on their various pizza oven tools..... unless you just like the name Ooni on everything. ... show more
