I bought a different one first from a different company and I returned it because it was total junk. But I really wanted one so I got this more expensive one hoping it was better and it IS! Way better. It's great quality and does exactly as it describes and as I hoped. I recommend this. And the resistance is very strong. If you're a gym monster who benches 300 lbs then maybe this isn't for you. But I'm a decently muscular and strong man and find this to be adequate for a good pump.

This is a very good product that does indeed work many muscle groups. The only downside is that when you rotate the selector to adjust the resistance it is very picky. you can move very little and it is very hard to work

This item DEFINITELY works your arms for sure and I'm extremely pleased with it. I immediately starting using it when I got it. What I like about it is the fact I can do my arm workouts while sitting down in my chair. The exercise reference paper that comes with it certainly does help and is a great training tool. Above all, I HIGHLY recommend this product if you're either starting out in your fitness journey, or an advanced person such as myself who's been weightlifting and working out for 6 years. This is DEFINITELY a great product.

I was impressed right out of the box. The quality and craftsmanship is well thought out. This is no flimsy piece of junk. It’s the real deal. Buy this one. You will be happy with your purchase. No messing around, or assembly. Can be used right out of the box. You can perform all kinds of exercises. I started out low did 20 reps each exercise. I feel like I went to the gym. Update: it’s week 5 of using this twice a week. I’m up to 11 on the settings. I do 20 reps for each position. I’m not cut or super ripped but I feel I keep at it it’s going to show soon. I’m floored with how good this is. It’s the perfect device for quick supplemental workouts and forearm training. I was very surprised at how many muscles it activates. I’m limited on the time I can contribute to my workouts, so I often miss muscles like lower pec, forearms, and shoulders. This covers those very well. 2-5 minutes during a busy day and I have a serviceable workout for maintenance.
