Before I got this wheel, I had a flabby belly that made me look like a pregnant woman. I hated going to the beach or the pool because I was so self conscious about my appearance. I attempted situps but they were so uncomfortable and tedious. Using this equipment was like taking part in a brutal sport created by vicious fitness fanatics in the sense that my abs were so worked up after a heavy workout! Fortunately, it doubles as an excellent cat toy; my furry buddy believes that I have improved her play zone. It is well worth the money coz it's similar to having a magician, masseur and personal trainer all in one. I gave it five stars because this wheel is the best thing that ever rolled into my life.

AB Roller came in a few days ago and did some basic exercises. It was easy to rest the elbows and have a go at it. The timer is working and shows how many tries you have done; it is a good workout roller for the home.
