I got the Owlsky Ab Machine during the holidays for a very fair price. Although, it did come with some missing parts, customer service was very friendly and helpful. The parts came in one week, so there was nothing to complain about. Actually, they were so nice they wanted to send a whole new replacement machine. I told them that it wasn't necessary because it would've cost a lot. Assembly was quick and easy with good step by step instructions. It seemed sturdy enough with key locks in place. The one minor complaint I have is the blue is a dull light blue instead of the darker hue on the site. I never owned an ab machine before so it was different and strange to get used to it. To increase or decrease its difficulty level one just adjust the angle of the machine. I'd also recommend adding some ankle weights to add to its difficulty and create a more harder workout. The cushions provided were comfortable enough for both the arms and knees. It is a pretty neat machine because you can put it away by folding it up. It also has a little LCD monitor that keeps a record of reps, time, and calories burned. As a fit person, a good workout on this machine would be about 500 reps a day. For a relative who has a slight beer belly, he was huffing and puffing with 50. But, as he continued working with the machine on his stamina and endurance, he has improved a lot. He also looks better and lost some weight as a result.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering this ab machine, but I’m genuinely impressed. It was easy to assemble (took about 20–25 minutes), and once set up, it feels stable and well-built. You can increase the incline as your core strength improves, which keeps it challenging.
