Delivery Experience: Ordered on June 6th with an expected arrival of June 13th. While the delivery was delayed to June 18th, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it early on June 16th. Unboxing and Assembly: The machine arrived well-packaged with all necessary hardware included in a shrink-wrapped bundle: bolts, screws, washers, an Allen/Phillips combo tool, and a small wrench. The package also included an extra pair of handlebar grips, which was a nice touch. The padding on both the knee and elbow rests is thick and comfortable. Assembly was straightforward and took approximately 10 minutes (though I did lose a nut briefly and had to hunt for it!). One minor note: the included wrench was too large for the nuts, so I recommend having an 8mm wrench handy for easier assembly. Build Quality: This is a solidly constructed piece of equipment. The sliding component glides smoothly along the rails, and the overall build feels sturdy and well-made. My unit had a minor cosmetic paint imperfection that appears to have occurred during manufacturing, but it’s completely covered by the plastic housing that contains the digital display and doesn’t affect functionality at all. Performance: This machine is absolutely fantastic! I was so excited to try it that I forgot to take photos of the individual components before assembly. After months of recovery from an injury and being somewhat out of shape, I had to start with the lowest resistance setting - but that didn’t prevent me from getting an excellent workout and experiencing delightfully sore muscles after two days of use. As someone who despises traditional floor ab exercises, this equipment is truly a dream come true. The resistance is easily adjusted by raising or lowering the height of the front leg, making it perfect for users of all fitness levels. Storage and Convenience: One of the best features is that it folds down making it easy to slide under a bed for storage - perfect for home gyms with limited space. Final Verdict: I’m thoroughly pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, comfortable alternative to traditional ab exercises. The combination of solid construction, ease of use, and space-saving design makes this an excellent investment for home fitness.

This thing is great. It's super solid, high quality and it doesn't have any bells or whistles...it's simple, effective and does exactly what it's supposed to do: provide an effective, targeted workout. There's no noise when using it; it slides perfectly and is super smooth. Adjustable height for different levels of workout is also nice. Love that it folds up for easy storage so it doesn't have to sit around taking up space when not in use. It's easy to put together, though a little awkward if you're doing it by yourself and, while I appreciate the little hybrid screwdriver tool it comes with, just grab yourself an actual screwdriver and make your life a whole lot easier. Other than consulting the instructions to see which of the few screws went in which holes, you don't really need them to assemble it. Which (my only real complaint) is good because the instructions are printed in about 2pt font that makes reading them without a magnifying glass extremely difficult (that's not a joke).

The media could not be loaded. I can't say I'm stoked seeing this in my gym as it looks a bit cheesy and not the best colors, but my wife was interested and to be honest, I was too. On the plus side: 1. This folds up easily and has a small footprint. 2. You can vary the intensity by both extending the front leg as well as raising the incline of the leg. Both are accomplished by pulling one pin, five second process. 3. On lower inclines you can do a lot and wasn't very difficult. On higher inclines it gets harder very quick. Choose your adventure. 4. If you want to kick it up a notch, remove one knee from the pad. Hits it even harder and puts you off balance a bit challenging your core more. For the negatives or could be better 1. I wish the colors were more neutral. Black or gray as an option please. 2. The range of motion should be longer. I'm 5'9" and I bottom this out before I would like. If this were 4-6" longer it would accommodate myself as well as those in the 6' range. Overall, shockingly effective machine that takes a small footprint.

My baby is a super light sleeper, so my workout time is precious and has to be silent. I was worried the rollers on this would make a "swish swish" sound, but you literally cannot hear it. It’s completely silent. I can get a full workout in the same room where my baby is sleeping and not worry about waking him up. The silent operation is, for me, the absolute best feature.
