This paste is holding temps better then 17 other pastes I have tested next in line for the best is JunPus DX1 Nano Diamond thermal grease and SYY 157 these three pastes are better then any top brand at a fraction of the cost. I have a lengthy review on the SYY 157 reviews page going through all these different pastes and these are the top 3 out of all even name brand like, Noctua, Thermal Grizzly, Kingpin etc.. Don't buy those pastes that over priced buy the 3 I listed in the beginning of this review. Most of the time people leave bad reviews is because they apply the paste incorrectly, put too much which lowers your temps or possibly received a bad batch.

So i bought this and some thermo pads on order to repad and repaste my GTX 1070 ti GPU and to use in my new AM5 build. The temperature of my GPU is now running about 5 - 10 degrees cooler and that’s with it overclocked up to 2.1 GHz on the processor and 4Ghz on the DDR5 memory. My GPU now chugs along nicely with the overclock with no problems.

Bought it cause I saw igor's lab give it a good review. Not sure if it's user error but warning for those who will buy it, you will go insane trying to spread it with the included finger glove or spreader. They both just scrape the paste off/stick to the glove/spreader when trying to spread the paste. Best choice is to use the x or dot/pea method and to apply a lot more than you think. I first tried it with the "average" sized pea dot and with the mounting pressure from aio copper cold plate, the spread was pretty bad. Tried heating it with a blow dryer too, but didn't help much. Running a 13600kf at 40° idle temp, but fans are at 100%.

I've bought 3 old Optiplex's recently to use as general household computers and upgraded one of them to game on. During inspection of the systems I found that the thermal paste on the cpu's on all three systems had dried to the consistency of old paste. After cleaning each of them and the heat sinks with the included alcohol rubs, I reapplied fresh thermal paste to each and remounted the cooler's. The tube contains enough thermal paste to do multiple cpu/cooler combinations, so even if you only have one system you can share with your buddies. Easy maintenance item to prevent future overheat problems.
