  • Suitable for many applications.
Size: 3 Pack 120x20mm Color: Gray 13W
Worked great to replace the OEM stuff on my GPU at a budget.

  • These have become my favorite thermal pads
Size: 3 Pack 120x20mm Color: Gray 13W
I've been using Aairhut branded pads for most of this year, and I absolutely love them. These M.2 pads are maybe the best example of why. So for me there are a few metrics by which thermal pads can be evaluated. One is obviously how well they transfer heat, then there is the squish vs. peel metric (which isnt a good/bad expression, rather one where the application defines the desired squish:peel ratio) and finally, the Silicon Sweat metric, which is how much of the gross silicon grease the pads leak out over time. Generally, thermal pads are used in places where no one interacts with them after installation. I mean how often does even the most geeky PC geek take off the heatsink on a motherboard southbridge, or the padding under Power Reg heatsinks, etc? Not often. But M.2 drives are modular drives, so theres a lot (comparatively) of interaction with whatever thermal solution you are using. My 7GB/s+ M.2s can get stupid hot, over a wide range very quickly. I DO NOT reccomend running them this way, but it is true that simply putting one of these pads on the top side of the drive, with no actual heatsink, just bare thermal pad, drastically evens them out. It's ridiculous honestly. On the drives I use with active heatsinks, there is margin-of-error difference in temps with different pads. The bursty nature of general use would suggest that there simply isnt any point where the thermal interface is tested for long enough to really evaluate this metric, but I specifically test large transfers so I can get those numbers, and they are not different. Where these start to stand out is the squish:peel ratio. Generally, more squish means better performance, but also means less peel, so they are harder to work with, and tend to sweat more. There is a sort of middle-of-the road ratio that most pads fall into, which is why we see little difference in temps with different pads, and with those temps we know the general level of squish we are dealing with. Aairhuts have a noticeably better peel, while maintaining the median performance numbers. This alone makes them the best choice for me. But then, the real kicker - they practically dont sweat. At this point, I have a good 6 months on the first few I used, and they are clearly and obviously not sweating to anywhere near the degree we usually see with squishy pads. This kind of reminds me of thermal compounds in the early 2000s, when it went from OEM Shin-Etsu on everything to all kinds of different types, brands, formulations, etc. Maybe in a year or two there will be a whole section for High Performance Gaming Thermal Pads. But seriously, the lack of sweat and much better peel factor make these well worth the price for anyone who frequently installs, works on, interacts with, m.2 drives in a modern PC. ... show more

  • Great for Small Electronics
Size: 3 Pack 70x20mm Color: Gray 13W
I have replaced and added thermal pads on electronics over multiple years in the I.T business. What isn't extremely well-known about doing so is that the thickness of your thermal pad matters. One of the things I like about this kit is that it comes with multiple thicknesses (0.5mm, 1mm, and 1.5mm) to ensure you have what you need for any application. There is plenty of each size for 1 or maybe 2 applications, depending on your use. I used mine on a handheld console with no issues, even as a replacement for thermal paste. The 13W/mk thermal rating beats many thermal pastes on the market, and this ensures a solid connection to your components. I am pleased with this pack of thermal pads and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to keep your electronics properly cool. ... show more

  • package is flat pack cardboard...
Size: 3 Pack 70x20mm Color: Gray 13W
these are compression thermal pads with no rebound(kind of like sheets of putty), that means once sandwiched between and compressed they contour to the slight imperfections between a chip and heat sink... which would be fine if they where packaged and shipped as such. but when you put them in between 2 piece's of cardboard and then put them in the mail they get creased and compressed along the way. mine came in all tore up as well as other reviewers have stated. i managed to use one folded in half to compensate and it seamed to work but the temps did not go down at all. ... show more

  • Works perfectly for my NVMe drive
Size: 3 Pack 70x20mm Color: Gray 13W
I put this on my NVMe SSD to replace the thermal pad that my motherboard's heatsink came with. This went on really easily, and works perfectly. Temps are good, thickness was just right (make sure you measure yours first to get the right one!) and installation was simple. Highly recommended

  • Cut to fit, works well
Size: 3 Pack 70x20mm Color: Gray 13W
I received an ssd housing that didn't have any thermal conductive material in it so the ssd can shed it's heat to the ssd housing. This is a perfect replacement. Had to cut it to size. Seems to transfer heat well.

  • Not the best package!
Size: 3 Pack 70x20mm Color: Gray 13W
I usually don`t mind poor packaging, but in this case can make the difference. The thermal pads works just fine, but they are not the best i have tested. If you have a fancy setup, use something better and sleep better at night.
