Description

This printer can only print light clothes such as T-shirts with a cotton content of more than 50%. The printer needs to be connected to a computer with a data cable, and the computer system needs to be a Windows system computer. The maximum print size of this printer is 210300mm The printer needs to be used with a heat press machine. The function of the heat press machine is to prevent the ink from discoloring after printing. The pretreatment liquid cannot enter the printer, otherwise it will cause the printer to be blocked and damage the printer. We can provide free technical support for printer software installation, setup settings and test printing by remote means. You will receive an email from us after you order the product. I bought this printer a little over a year ago. I haven't had to many issues with it. When I do have a problem no mater what time it is, I can contact Michael with customer service and he helps me until we figure out the issue. Most of the time its something small and its back up and running in no time. I converted mine into a DTF transfer printer since I own my own business and with the printer you can't fit sweatshirts and or hoodies onto the shirt try and with the transfers I can press those directly to the garment so over all this printer was worth the time and money spent. ... show more
