I love this printer!!! It works amazing. Whenever i have had any issues because i am not tech savvy, Jack is always very nice, professional, very quick to answer, and if i need more help, they are able to connect with me with the Teamviewer app. Each and every time he has been able to solve the issue i am having. When i was having issues with the transfer paper when i first set it up, Jack sent me a brand new one, no cost, and it was easy to use. The ink tanks also hold so much ink and work very well. The automatic white ink stir also keeps the printer from plugging. And the deep clean is amazing as well to keep the printer running smoothly. I have had no issues with paper jams unless i placed the black part incorrectly. I honestly love the pristine print quality!! I honestly recommend this printer! ... show more

I bought this printer in November 2024, and I have to say—it’s been absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly easy to set up and use right out of the box. Anytime I’ve needed customer service, the response has been quick and helpful. Everything I’ve printed has come out beautifully. I originally bought this printer to replace one that gave me nothing but headaches. I wasted so much money trying to get that old one to work, and the customer service experience was terrible. In the end, it was less stressful (though more costly) to just buy a new printer—and I’m so glad I did. This one has been nothing short of awesome in the months I’ve had it. I received my printer a couple months back and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I love the printer. It works seamlessly. When it first arrived, I had some trouble getting the settings setup correctly. I contacted Jack through with customer service. Jack has been amazing! He walked me through the process and got my printer running smoothly. I received a new laptop for Christmas. Guess what? I again needed help getting the settings correct. I reached out to Jack and again, he helped me. He made sure that I could print several different pictures before our conversation ended. And I think it’s fantastic for the price. The machine works beautifully, and the customer support is amazing! Print quality is wonderful, noise level isn't bad (gets a little loud when cleaning the print heads, but that goes quickly) and the color comes out gorgeous! If you are new to DTF printing, this is the printer for you!

After reading the reviews and doing research on DTF printers in general, I expected a learning curve at the beginning. But other than loading the paper wrong side up, I’ve been able to print perfectly every time. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, the software is very easy to use. The bottles provided make ink fill mess free, noise level is minimal and printer speed is much faster than I expected. I love this printer. The only drawback I can find is that the software needs a usb “key” to operate. I decided to use a multi port usb attachment so that I can keep the key attached to the printer cord so I don’t lose it. ... show more
