Jack has gone above and beyond when I didn’t have the printer yet he still was on top of it and insured that everything was on the way and everything was correct my package got delayed due to holidays but he keep me informed with it every step of the way. I usually don’t write product reviews but this one I believe it needs my honest review. I was in doubt about purchasing this product at first, because it was one of the cheapest one out there and I thought the quality was going to be trashy but I was so wrong. What I really liked was the help that costumer service gave me . He went on and beyond his job to help me understand how the machine work. I didn’t have any experience with DTF at all and he help me with every step and every single question that I had. Even help me with my first logo. I received my printer a couple months back and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I love the printer. It works seamlessly. When it first arrived, I had some trouble getting the settings setup correctly. I contacted Jack through with customer service. Jack has been amazing! He walked me through the process and got my printer running smoothly. I received a new laptop for Christmas. Guess what? I again needed help getting the settings correct. I reached out to Jack and again, he helped me. He made sure that I could print several different pictures before our conversation ended. The printer came on time. Was disappointed the paint and drying powder came later. It is the perfect siz for an at home crafter. Set up wasn’t too bad. Found videos on YouTube and they pretty much walk you through it. The software is terrible. I haven’t yet figured out if I can use a different software. The customer service has been amazing. The quality of the printer is good in the beginning but after a WHILE the printer doesnt print images the same as before. also seller sent my printer with damages but he claims that the damages to the printer will not affect printing, which i believe its false.

I never leave reviews ( maybe one or two), and I buy a lot of things from Amazon. But this product deserves it. Their customer services is AWSOME ( very very awesome). The quality of the printing once everything is set up correctly it’s AWSOME. It may be a little complicate to set up the system ( it was for me). But they help you with everything, they reply to you very fast. Besides that, they help you with the oven if you have any questions about the temperatures too.
