We have the best experience, the machine had a very explanatory instructions, step by step , after we follow the instructions, I contact the technician to help me with the system send me videos and pictures everything was very smooth , they help me until I finally get it I ask questions and they quickly respond ,they didn’t leave me until I finish my 1st order . This is how awesome they are 10/10 thank you so very much , highly recommended! They machine is amazing in 10 min was done 6 different sizes of prints ,and all from start to finish 12 shirt in less that 30 min , this is how fast this machine works.

This is a great starter DTF printer. I’ve had a couple issues but once put in the What’s App group it usually doesn’t take long for someone to reach out to you to help with the issue. The colors print out so vibrant!
