I’ve been using this DTF hot melt powder for custom t-shirt and apparel projects and it works really well. The powder is fine and applies evenly, then melts nicely during the heat press step for clean transfers. The adhesion is strong and the finished prints on the t-shirts I made have held up nicely after multiple washes without cracking or peeling. It’s easy to work with and gives professional-looking results even for smaller or hobby projects. The resealable bag keeps the powder fresh and there’s plenty for several jobs. If you do DTF printing, this is a solid, cost-effective choice that performs consistently. No issues with clumping or uneven results. I’m pleased with the quality and will keep using it for my custom designs.

I have mixed feelings about this DTF powder. On one hand, the product itself appears to be very high quality. The powder is extremely fine and consistent, with no clumps or sticky spots. It coats the film evenly and behaves exactly as I would expect during application. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get successful transfers with it. I'm using a Sawgrass sublimation printer and printing onto film sheets. After printing, I thoroughly coat the film with the powder, shake off the excess, pre-melt the adhesive, and then press according to the instructions. However, when I allow the transfer to cool and peel the film, portions of the image often come off with it instead of staying on the fabric. To be fair, I strongly suspect this is user error or an issue with my process rather than a problem with the powder itself. DTF is new to me, and there may be compatibility or technique issues that I'm still working through. Because of that, I don't feel comfortable blaming the product for my disappointing results. What I can say is that the powder looks and feels like a quality product. It's easy to apply, very fine-grained, and distributes evenly. I just haven't yet figured out the magic combination of settings and technique needed to make it work successfully in my setup.

This DTF powder has worked really well so far for my needs. I am very new to DTF printing, and I was a bit nervous about getting consistent results, but this product has been surprisingly easy to work with. The powder applies smoothly and evenly, and it melts well during the curing process without clumping or leaving uneven spots. My transfers have come out clean and consistent, which gave me a lot more confidence as I’m learning the process. What I appreciate most is how forgiving it feels for someone just starting out. I didn’t run into any major issues with adhesion, and the prints have bonded nicely to the fabric after pressing. It has made the learning curve a lot less stressful. The 500g size is also a good amount for experimenting and practicing without worrying about running out too quickly. This hot melt powder worked really well for my DTF projects. It melted evenly, bonded well to the transfers, and produced clean, durable results after pressing. The powder was easy to apply and didn’t clump, which made the whole process much smoother. Great quality and a solid value.

This is my first set of DTF powder. I've ever bought for myself, but my friend has a DTF printer, and so I do have some knowledge of the workings, if not the experience. Her biggest complaint is the powders she uses sometimes. They clump and get gritty and don't stick well to the film. I am pleased to say I have not had any of those problems with this DTF powder. It stayed fine, and there was no clumping. I didn't have to try and sift out any big "rocks" of DTF powder like I have seen her do in the past. How lucky am I to have possibly found the only DTF powder I will ever need to try right off the bat? The price seems reasonable to what I have seen, and I am pleased with this product. I have already looked to get myself ready to order more.

I have been waiting to find something that would really help my sublimation printing pop, and this was the trick. The colors look much more vibrant, and I’m excited to finally create designs for shirts beyond just plain white ones. The setup comes with a lot included, which made getting started easier than expected. Once everything was running, the transfers came out bright and eye-catching on different materials. This really opens up a lot more creative options for custom apparel and art projects. Definitely looking forward to experimenting with more designs now. My shirt collection may become aggressively handmade at this point.
