My major complaint with this washer was the assembly instructions. Significant assembly is required, and the instructions are pretty sketchy. Instructions are in a small font and tend to run into each other (ie. the paragraph starts out with one step, but may include one or two others). Several also refer to making a connection then twisting until a rectangular tab appears. The only rectangular tabs I ever saw would lock the connection together when twisted and would not be visible once inserted. The illustrations are also small, and on the back of the page with the instructions so you can't look at both at the same time. About 3/4 of the way through the assembly process the instructions stop leaving you to figure out the last steps on your own. Once assembled things improve greatly, the machine is actually quite powerful for an electric machine and the selection of 4 nozzles makes it versatile as well. The electric motor shuts off automatically whenever the trigger on the wand is released. Both the power cord and the wand hose are fairly long, giving the machine good range when cleaning. The washer's design provides 'hooks' to hang both the power cord and the hose to the wand, and a 'holster' for the wand itself. The only accessories that need to be stored separately are soap dispenser bottle and the small wire tool for cleaning the washer heads. Assembly was a bit of a pain since old people like me have trouble reading such small print. I'm not the best at assembling things to begin with. This is a powerful little machine! Once you get assembled the fun will begin. I tried it out on my back deck and the siding on my house and it works great! I have a new toy! ... show more

My wife and mother like a clean deck, driveway, house, car, etc. And my brothers and I often work on cars, which as you can imagine leads to leaks on the pavement. I got this and we did the whole back of my house, driveway, and patio! Everyone got the "itch" to pitch in and enjoyed every minute! No leaks, simple enough my 4 year old was able to turn it on and use it (with supervision) it is quieter than most power washers due to it being electric. I will say that an extension cord is necessary. It sure puts out some power!!! Comes with different nozel heads that switch out easily. ... show more
