The media could not be loaded. I created a video to show and answer a few questions that I had before purchasing these warm white lights. 1. Each box comes with its own UL adapter. These lights cannot plug into and connect with other standard strands of lights, but are perfectly capable to connect with multiples of the same item. It is very easy to use as shown, and there are caps to cover, protect, and keep the connection points together. Also, you have the option to disconnect the ‘lead’ part of your plug in off. This line is the extension part of the light strand that does not have lights on it. The value in removing it is to have more continuous lights in a row )if you plug in another set) instead of having to tuck the lead part into the tree or try to hide it. 2. None of my 5 boxes came with a remote control, but I am not bothered by that in the least. The button on the adapter is perfect for me. The one button that is provided on the adapter has multiple functions. It allows you to change to 8 different lighting modes. (Combination, inwaves, sequential, slo-glo, chasing/flash, slow fade, twinkle flash, and steady on). The button also allows you to set a timer if you hold it for 3 seconds. Your lights will remain on for 6 hours, and be off for 18. And the microchip in the adapter will automatically repeat the process for as long as you have it plugged in. This is a set it and forget it style. Nice! 3. The light strand is very thin, and I cannot speak to durability since I just purchased them, but visually, the lights are aesthetically pleasing and I know that a lot of us are into that look and feeling. 4. I saw other reviews sharing that the warm tone looks very yellow. That is not at all how it appears with any of the 5 boxes that I received. They appear very close to what is in the video attached. I am using them outside on a tree to help the festive feels and I look forward to the warmth and joy it brings. These lights were very easy to set up! We bought 2 sets to cover our 7.5 foot tree. 1 definitely would not have been enough and 3 would’ve made the tree too bright. Lights are good quality. None were broken and the wires were intact and sturdy! Having the different light settings to choose from is a nice feature and the warm light is true to description! Not too white light but not too yellow. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish it came with a remote to make changing the light settings easier than having to reach behind the tree to where the plug in is and if the wires were more of a dark green instead of black I think it would blend it better during the daytime. ... show more

Once I figured out that you really cannot connect more then to light strings at a time, otherwise the lights will go dim. It really does not say that in the instructions. I did read online in the advertisement that you can connect up to five. That definitely did not work. All in all the Christmas lights are beautiful. They do not overheat. These look like a nice light set with a warm white light of just-right intensity. Easy to hang and have a memory function, so you don't have to cycle through all the lighting options every time they turn on (to get what you want). While LEDs, please note these consume about 35 watts of power per 200 light string. So you may not want to leave them on 24 hours/day. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is NO remote (as identified in the product description) and weird hours for the timer function (6 "on" and 18 "off"). I love these lights, they are exactly what I wanted and needed to make my tree pop. The soft lights with the gold and white ornaments go perfectly together. I love how you can add more lights to these and the just screw into place. The multiple settings for the lights make it fun for me to change it every other day. My kids love their tree and I swear these will be my go to for now on. For the most part I leave them on almost all day and I haven't had any issues so far. Love these! Love these lights. For people saying they don’t connect, they do!! Just unscrew the cap. Even the cord can come off so you don’t have the end hanging around. Now I just need to find a setting I like that doesn’t make me feel like I’m having a seizure. Lol. Some are just too fast. And mine didn’t come with a remote ... show more

We bought these a few months ago (I like to use my purchases for awhile before reviewing) to hang outside our RV when in "outside light appropriate campgrounds". I have used these several times and am happy with the length, lightness and soft color of light. I don't need the blinking options - just want solid light, so I leave it on that. I wish that a slow-twinkle light could be done. 8 combinations and none of them are quite right. It is a very long strand and the warm white color is perfect. It also has a built in timer which is really nice.
