So far, it has been easy to use and accurate. I was a bit leary trying this without seeing others result first. But I have no complaints as of yet and I am happy with this thermostat for my 30-foot, 2-zone RV. I recommend.

This thermostat is for a Coleman multi-zone unit. It will control all your AC units from one central location. Be aware there must be wiring to support this. Simply changing a single-zone unit to this will not give you control over all units. There has to be wiring between the units. But, assuming you are replacing a multi-zone unit that failed, this thermostat seems very well built. It has a separate mounting bracket with a single screw on the bottom edge (as it hangs on the wall) that you have to remove to mount the bracket. Then, you can snap it on after making your connections. Comes with the standard Coleman 9-pin connector that runs to the AC control box. Took me about 5 minutes to make the swap. Super-simple install. The instructions provided may be the best I've ever seen for a product under $200. Seriously. Folds out to 13" x 22" and has info on both sides. On great thick paper, too. But the best part is the information presented. They give you all the info you need to install, correctly wire the zones (you have to set jumpers on each unit, etc. - should already be done if you are simply replacing a thermostat, but if building a system from scratch or adding a unit, you HAVE to know to do this). It even shows all operation modes and how to interpret info it displays back. IT even has information on all the connectors, their part numbers and the mating connectors/part numbers you will need to build your own harness (if building from scratch). Honestly, it looks like they took the OEM instruction sheet and reproduced. No misspellings, fractured sentences, etc. Seriously, the multi-zone wiring diagram is WAY better than the one I got in school to become a Certified RV Tech. I'm stealing theirs for my cheat sheet. For the money, this may be the first time I would actually recommend the aftermarket part over the OEM assuming it lasts. But I see no reason to think it will not.
