This will be 5th mini split I have installed. Installation was normal for these types of units. One thing to note is this outside unit is a little louder than the others I have installed but I'm using it on a workshop so the noise doesn't bother me. They advertise 24/7 to get assistance. NOT TRUE. I have been e mailing customer support for 1 week with no help. No manual came with remote control and all I need is for them to send me one. The unit comes on and you can adjust cool temp. up and down but cannot get it to go on automatic. the fan will turn off only if you shut the complete system down if not it fan runs consistently. I cannot figure how to get the heat pump to come on so A manual is essential. If I do not get any help with this I will have no other choice but to remove the unit and send back to Amazon ... show more
