Great Mini Split — Easy Installation and Great Performance I’m very impressed with this 9,000 BTU heat pump mini split. I’m an HVAC service technician by trade, and while I don’t normally do installations, I decided to install this one myself. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and straightforward the installation was. The system came fully charged, which made the setup even easier. Everything went together smoothly, and the unit started up and operated exactly as expected. It’s been running great and does an excellent job heating and cooling the space. One important note for anyone installing one of these: it’s still best practice to have an HVAC company properly pull a vacuum on the system after installation to ensure all moisture and non-condensables are removed for long-term reliability. Proper evacuation and setup per manufacturer guidelines really helps the system perform at its best. For the price, ease of installation, and performance, I’m very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small, efficient mini split system.

Great unit for the money

Comes with everything you need. Just need an HVAC guy to charge the system. Low energy draw. Put it on a shared 20A circuit with an on demand water heater and could operate both with no problem. Quiet operation and cools quickly. Haven't needed it for heat yet but it should work great for the small space it services.

No Auto Off

It cools our garage very nicely the main issue is that it does not auto turn off when it reaches the desired temp it just goes to low and keeps cooling so you have to turn it on and off all the time. If it had that it would easily be a 5 star. if you do not need auto off then its great.

I have two of these andhad them installed about 6 weeks ago. They are very quiet and they do a good job. I bought mine and found out a lot of Hvac companies won’t install them because you didn’t buy there brand. The last business I called wouldn’t do it, but they were very very nice and gave me a phone number of one of their employees that was picking up aide work He came out fix my main unit middle of the night and installed the mini splits a couple weeks after that on a Saturday he was God.
