This is a good mix of snake tools. They are heavy-duty, as-advertised, and provide a lot of options for augering a pipe. This set is a nice addition to a drain cleaner machine.

I had a set of auger attachments that were used many times and needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the auger attachments that I ordered!!😄 The nine-piece set I received from Gengel PIPE is crafted from heavy-duty manganese steel and treated to be rust-resistant. Each piece has a good weight and attaches easily to my drain auger cable! I had a sink line that was very slow to drain. I tried some liquid drain opener to no avail. Out came my power auger to do the job!!!😃 The spade bit helped to make way through the sludge that accumulated over the last few years. Once I had a path through the debris, I switched to the spiral saw tooth cutter attachment to remove the bulk of the remaining blockage. The attachments worked extremely well and had no difficulty cutting through any material in the line!!! Conveniently, each head is marked for easy identification. This would be helpful to the novice who may have watched a video and needed to follow specific directions with specific cutting heads. The clean-up of the heads was fast, and they didn't exhibit any signs of wear or uneven rotation while spinning. The assortment of auger heads is diverse and comprehensive. With the heads included in this kit, you have all the right attachments to power through almost any type of clog or blockage in a pipe. At a price of $28.97 (at the time of this review) this set is a bargain to be had. The quality of the attachment are as good as or better than a set at a big box home improvement store. If you like to save money (who doesn't????) on opening clogged drains without the need of a plumber, this set of attachments and a power auger will pay for themselves with just one line unclogged!! 🚩I rate this set of drain auger attachments a super solid 10 out of 10 because they are made well and heavy-duty, the assortment you receive is quite comprehensive, the attachments work as they should, and the price of the set is affordable!!! I recommend this set of attachments to anyone who likes to do their own handy work, and enjoys saving money!! Purchase this set and skip calling the plumber!!!😊

Had water coming up through the tub and after some testing we found it was a main clog. These attachments are high quality and function better than expected, while being quick and easy to change and remove new tips. The "SPADE CUTTER" was the beast, I would start with that one no matter what, it's going to clear just about anything except maybe roots. If you have tree roots then use one that has teeth and yes you have multiple options in that scenario as well. The spade tip cleared my clog with ease, just a $30 rental and these attachments made for easy work for a great value.

This 9-piece drain auger attachment set is a great value for anyone dealing with stubborn sink, shower, or toilet clogs. The variety of heads included is super helpful. Each head is clearly labeled for different types of clogs (bulb auger, funnel auger, sharktooth cutter, etc.), and the wrench makes switching between them quick and simple. The steel feels heavy-duty and durable, and I like that the attachments fit snugly on my 3/8” cable. They seem to be rust-resistant so far. After using the sharktooth and funnel augers, I was able to clear a deep kitchen sink blockage that Draino wasn't helpful for. One thing I would suggest, is to double-check your machine’s compatibility with the 17mm fitting size before buying even though it appears to be industry standard. Overall, for under $25, this set saved me a call to the plumber and gave me professional-grade tools to use again and again. Highly recommend!

This is a handy set to augment the tools that came with my electric drain auger. It’s extremely helpful that they can all be installed on the same ring for ease of access. Making things compatible with a “key”-ring for storage seems like a simple and obvious solution to not losing them. One would think that more manufacturers would make their products easier to store this way. So far from handling the bits they feel solid. I have not used them all to completely test them out but they appear promising and are good price point.

I made a mistake in thinking these would work with my 20-foot drain snake. I broke the line on a cheap drill-powered drain cleaner last year and upgraded to a heavier manually-operated cable. For some reason I thought it had the capacity for replaceable attachment tips, and did not check before ordering to see it has a fixed funnel auger tip. Since, it only been a year since the last kitchen sink back up, I'm thinking of keeping these tips and upgrading to a drum machine with a cable that can use them. I feel like I'm only punching a hole through the blockages now, without fully clearing all the muck caked up on the walls of the pipe. So, the intervals between blockages is getting shorter. I could hire a pro, but I prefer to do it myself and use the money to invest in the tools needed instead. It can easily cost hundreds of dollars for a pro to come do the work one time. For that money, I might spend once for these tips and a drum machine and use unlimited times for myself or to help a friend. These attachments are very nice quality with all metal fabrication. Each style has a specific function for different types of blockages completely clear pipes in different plumbing situations. They come with a key ring to keep them organized, which is a nice touch to prevent loss.
