WORKS PERFECTLY! So, the first time I used one of these it did not work, and I did not realize how important it was that the adhesive has to "cure". I thought, yeah, it's just a pop socket that I'm adhering to my phone, so how much adhesion does it really need? Well, the adhesion came off. That's because I did use it as instructed. I have a phone case that is soft silicone, and my pop socket was no longer sticking to it. So I bought these to use instead, and they did the job. You absolutely HAVE to use some sort of cleaner like rubbing alcohol on your phone case before applying the adhesion, and do not adhere the pop socket to the adhesive for about 2 FULL days. And if you do adhere it, do not open the pop socket. So the first 2 days are the sticker alone and then once that cures, now you want to apply the pop socket. Do not open that pop socket for 2 days after that. Do it the right way first or it'll come off too soon. "A stitch in time saves 9," right? I have now had this pop socket on and working for about 3 months! It's very durable. It will not come off your phone case, if you do it the right way! ... show more

    • Perfect fix for Popsockets with detachment issues
I've gotten to the age where I can't use my phone for extended periods of time without my hands cramping up, but Popsockets solve that issue. Unfortunately I've had Popsockets detach themselves from my phone multiple times now. This typically happens early on in their life, possibly due to old stock and dried out glue. Thankfully I've never dropped my phone on my head or in the toilet or anything because of this, but it's been close to disaster before. These little adhesive circles are the perfect replacement to reattach your Popsocket to your phone or phone case, possibly better than the stock adhesive ever did. They are easy to apply and seem to be the exact same thickness as the real adhesive. Can't go wrong with 3M! ... show more

Item is exactly as described and adheres well to Otter Box case. Mine has been on for a couple weeks now and I have had no problems with it staying in place. Be advised that the adhesive is strong so make sure you have it where you want it when doing the initial installation.

These things really stick! Saved my Popsocket. Super easy to use and they are just the right size. It's not easy to remove and was stuck in stantly! but i was able to replace it once I finally got it off with heat and a credit card.

    • Just applied--take with grain of salt!
[Amazon is REAL fond of hounding you for a review the day after your product was delivered. I prefer to give it time and make sure the thing actually lasts...but for now I'll give you first impressions and if things change, I'll update the review.] I just received this product yesterday and applied it. Now full disclosure, my phone case is a softer silicone material, which even the official PopSocket says does not make for long-lasting adhesion. That said, the original sticky pad lasted me about a year and a half, if not closer to 2 years, so I figure this should be at least as good. I can only tell you it's lasted 24 hours with no issues, since Amazon was gung-ho about me telling you my opinion RIGHT NOW. The process of adhering it was super easy, too. There's backing on both sides of the pad, so you adhere it first to the bottom of your PopSocket, then stick that firmly onto your case (make sure you clean both first!). No issues! As someone else mentioned, these pads are NOT clear. They're gray. If you're wanting clear ones, do NOT get these. But otherwise, unless you see an updated review later, I'd say these seem like a pretty sure bet! ... show more
