2013 Toyota Tacoma with JBL It works great and was pretty easy to install even with this being my first stereo install ever. The instructions are useless but I managed to figure it out so I’m sure you can too, use YouTube and google to your advantage. The only thing is the mic sounds terrible so I can’t use hands free to talk on the phone. Also the am/xm radio or steering wheel controls don’t work anymore but I think it’s just because I couldn’t figure out what wires go where but I can live without those for now. Also I didn’t add the back up camera since I already have one and I didn’t want to mess with it. ... show more

Very good value for the money. The fit and look is very good. Radio quality is better than OEM but there is no AM band as advertised. The kit comes with everything you need to hook it up. Not a lot of setup guidance but average guy can struggle through it. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and response of the system and touch screen. I installed this item in my 2005 Tacoma. It went fairly simple took approximately 1 hrs to install the stereo. I did struggle getting the backup camera to work. As this item does not include a detailed way to install it.

The only thing going for this is that it fits into the original radio's spot. Looks nice but does not work as advertised. If I can find a place to repair my original radio for a reasonable price, I will get it fixed and put it back in. It also is very temperamental in working. Don't buy unless you are a technician or like to putter around wiring. Be very aware of what it is you are buying. ... show more

Installation Instructions extremely poor If they included wiring diagram so that wires were labeled, product would be much, much better. For example, back up light trigger wire needs to be identified in order to complete installing back up light. I have liked the unit as far as I have been able to install individual components. The unit is very good looking and fits very well into the dash of my 2010 Tacoma. I have not completed the total installation as yet and I am not one that wants to hire someone to do the work for me. If I was to hire an installer I would just as well let him supply the unit as well. ... show more

its a really good deal for the price and so far its working great. the sound is not the greatest but its really not bad. you kind of get what you pay for but it sounds better than factory and if your listening from an app like spoitfy or something I can't complain I love it. it a much better option than my factory stereo. My reason for 4 stars is mainly the installation manual. its just 1 sheet of paper but their is videos but my biggest problem was the backup cam. the videos shows how to connect the camera to your reverse light but what it fails to mention is on the stereo side of the camera cable theirs a blue wire that's labeled cam con if i remember correctly of the label. but the install manual or the video never mentions this wire but in order to use the backup cam you need this wire to trigger the unit to display the camera on the unit. I had to do some digging on youtube for this one but it has to connect to the brown wire or 3rd wire on the power plug. other than that I had no issues everything else was plug and play. ... show more
