Reasonable if not great price. Clear instructions. Heats up quickly and I've used with pressure or as more of a slow cooker/crock pot. Have only used it for soups so far. Will be great if we lose power because even with a generator, we can't used stove, oven, or microwave when that happens. Not sure it will be my go-to appliance but I'm glad to have it in my arsenal.

I recently had to toss my instapot after years of use and it was starting to fail (I bought it used to begin with). When this became available for review, it was the perfect time. Cooked my first pot roast last night using the recipe in the booklet that came with it, and it was delicious and tender. I actually like this design and interface better than the major brand, but the only thing I was surprised at was that the inner stainless steel pot did not work on my induction oven when I wanted to keep the contents on low on the stovetop so my adult kids could have a serving of roast. No big deal, that's not the purpose of it. I recommend this!

This is my 3rd pressure cooker and I like it very much. Its well made and has all the features I have learned to like on my other big brand cookers. The all black appearance is very nice and matches my kitchen. It looks great on the counter. Using the cooker is very similar to using any automated pressure cooker. Saves a ton of time cooking and makes even the toughest meats tender as can be. It includes everything needed to get started from the jump. Experienced pressure cooks will find this a great addition to their kitchen and new users will find it easy to use and not intimidating at all. Great version to start learning if you have never done pressure cooking in the past. Very easy to use. Well made and quite durable.

I have never used a pressure cooker before and was extremely intimidated when I saw this for the first time with all the buttons and thick instruction manual. But after carefully reading everything, I used it to make a pot roast and it came out flawlessly. I'm still figuring out all the functions but there are some great videos online that can walk you through the steps and provide great recipe ideas. I don't know why I waited so long to get one! You can use this to saute your food, slow cook it, or use the pressure cooker feature. It cooks everything in a fracture of the time a stove would use.

The media could not be loaded. I've been pressure cooking for years now, and I'm quite familiar with the process. This cooker is built pretty well, the stainless inner pot is of good thickness and will last a long time. The accessories included are only good for very basic cooking, you'll need to purchase additional pieces like a wire basket, veggie steamer etc. separately (if you plan on making pressure cooking a regular part of your cooking experience). I would also suggest that you get a pressure cooking cookbook to give you a good foundation and suggested cooking times. You'll eventually get the hang of it and will note your favorite recipes and associated cooking times. The rather large menu of cooking times seems to be a bit of an overkill, but that's the way most cookers are these days. Setting the cooking time was a bit finicky, but I'm sure I'll eventually find the right process. As of this review, I don't see the silicone replacement gaskets available. If this cooker lasts as long as I think it will, I'll definitely need a replacement in time. Overall a decent well-built electronic pressure cooker that hopefully will last a long time.

I love this machine! It is so easy to use, works almost exactly like my more expensive (Instant Pot) and has been a game changer in my kitchen. Great size pot. Good quality construction. Good instructions. Great features - everything works great. Not the easiest to clean around the top. I appreciate the accessories it comes with. I like that the cord is hardwired in, so it doesn't accidentally get lose or pull out. Nice sturdy handles. Great machine - I highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised first of the beautiful professional and sleek black appearance of this CARORI 9-1 cooker. It has all the features and then some a busy meal creator could utilize to create tasty meals. It was easy to use and clean. Included a measuring cup, rice spoon, recipe booklet, etc.
