The media could not be loaded. I am giving this 5 stars because I got it knowing that it's not top-of-the-line furniture. For what it is, and for the price, it's a great deal and will serve its purpose. Plus, I already reached out to customer service about something and they were responsive (give it 24 hours because they are across the world). This does not mean it is perfect, however. The Positives: This set serves its purpose and is relatively cheap. Considering this is outdoor furniture that will get wet, dirty, messed up by kids, and messed up dogs and cats, I can't really complain. The seat cushions are decently thick. It seems pretty sturdy, but we're not heavy people. I wouldn't try standing on the seat for any reason, however. The dimensions listed seem accurate to me. I do like how you can arrange it in multiple different ways. In fact, it came with directions which include some "free" arrangement ideas. I guess if you come up with your own idea you have to pay? (that was a joke - it worked on my wife the first time). Negatives: As with all the sets that are similar to this found on Amazon, they have low backs. We knew this going in so I didn't subtract any stars from it. But, it is true that the low back is a bit uncomfortable. You really have to pile on some additional pillows. However, this particular set has a back around the 26.5" mark, whereas many of them are only 24", so there's that. The seat cushions have velcro that is supposed to keep them in place. It doesn't really work. The cushions constantly move around or fall off so we'll have to come up with another solution. The back cushions are not like the ones in other pictures. Other pictures show them with a strap that you can tie around the back of the chair. Ours don't have straps but instead have a little bungee thing. We were told this is to attach the cushion directly to the rattan material. However, I am not going to do this because I don't trust that the rattan wouldn't break. And once it breaks I don't know if it can be fixed. So once again we'll just have to come up with our own solution. The set comes with clips that allow you to attach chairs together underneath so they don't slide apart. These do seem to work, however one of our clips broke while installing it. I am not sure if replacements are available or not. Finally, the L-shaped foot pieces are very cheap plastic and will easily crack during installation. Be careful screwing them in and do not screw them in tight. I suggest just enough to keep them from moving. I cracked two of them before I learned. All in all, if you understand what you are getting, I would recommend this set. We have enjoyed some afternoons watching college football on these and really loved it. In fact, one day my wife didn't do the things around the house that she said she was going to do because she was so relaxed on the chairs. I guess I should have listed that in the "Negatives" section. Please see my video to see how it really looks in person.

Loved this product. I was hesitant at first after reading some of the other reviews regarding the assembly but I'm very glad I pulled the trigger on this one. My entire family/friends absolutely love this 9 pc set, it's a great purchase for an open deck/patio. The assembly took some time but was manageable with two people. Overall, a great product with a clean look at a reasonable price!

Overall great for the price. Of note, ours showed delivered after the first box came and so we thought we were missing a ton (it comes in 5 to 6 boxes depending on the size of your set). However, the rest arrived a couple days later with different tracking numbers. There's a lot to build, but it's easy, just time consuming.

Love this set! I was a little worried when one box showed up without the other two. I decided to wait on returning it for a couple days and the other two boxes showed up the next day. Easy to put together. I figured it out without instructions. Cannot wait until fall to light the firepit!

They have faded considerably since purchasing a couple months ago and there is a mark where my accent pillows were resting that’s dark vs the faded black cushions . Find a cover and spray with a protectant for the sun

Furniture started falling apart after a year, despite very light use and using a weather cover. Pieces of the weave became brittle and broke all over. Glass that was on top of the little center table shattered when lightly touched after being covered up during the winter. Wish I had saved my money.

I am very happy I ordered this set of patio furniture. I wanted a couch and table and chairs to make a nice conversation area. This set is so versatile, you can have all single chairs or one big sectional sofa which allows you to set it up based on your needs and the size of your space. I’m not going to lie and tell you it was a breeze to put together, it is 8 pieces after all, but after a couple of hours and three people working, everything was assembled. I also like that the table has a piece that you can put over the fire pit if you want to use it to eat, play cards, whatever. This set is a bit lower to the ground than expected, but not a deal breaker. The blue cushions are beautiful and the set looks great around the pool. Great set at a great price.

The media could not be loaded. Just beautiful and so comfortable. It is made well. The instructions weren’t that understandable and one of the legs on fire pit wasn’t labeled correctly. As we started it became easier but tedious and time consuming but worth it in the end. Would definitely purchase again. We see how it holds up. Love it
